1) Guns firing way more bullets than possible without reloading (revolver 12 shots or more etc) 2) People being given CPR and their heart starts beating again without any drugs etc 3) People being defibralated to start the heart... 4) People getting up and running around straight after being resussed
Which ones do you see often and think THEY SHOULD KNOW BETTER!
As example, one scene may be crystal clear, but next scene will be dark and blurry. This indicates an inexperienced cinematographer. and/or low budget film.
- operating systems that are purely gfx and make no sense logically, while the person operating them is typing something into a keyboard
- taking over whatever system with some kind of wonder USB stick that will hack everything in seconds, no matter what system it gets plugged into
- fake "1337 741k" (leet talk) that is not based in reality whatsoever
...etc
rules of attraction:
- those movies where the protagonist goes for the "not so attractive bimbo", while the "smart friend chick" is like a thousand times hotter, plus has a good personality
build up that can not deliver:
- films where they stuff so much mystery nonsense into the first act or even the first two acts, that you just know they can not explain properly or end satisfyingly at the end.
1. Bullets in general never do what bullets are supposed to do. Hit things. Reverberate off things. Even today, you know someone firing off all the rounds will not hit anything.
2. Selective hearing. Sometimes, two people will be standing centimetres apart in a silent room, but even though person A is mulling their evil scheme out loud or whatever, person B can't hear them. And other times, person A will be at one end of a far, crowded, noisy room, but person B on the opposite side of the room will overhear them.
3. Weird reactions to normal things. Example: If you touch a hot pan, there are only a few reactions you're going to have. Curse, jump, put the burnt finger/hand under cold water or in your mouth. So often, people don't have these kinds of reactions to normal things. It's really unrelatable.
4. Convenient deaths. Says it all.
5. Stories that establish things and then never commit to those things. Say there's a monster. In Act I, the main characters discover you can kill or subdue the monster with, let's say, chicken nuggets. But they blow it up at the end because...explosions, and no chicken nuggets are ever used or mentioned again. Or, the chicken nuggets don't work the second or third or fourth time because...reasons.
personally i think it depends on if the rest of the film makes up for the flaws. with me it is like this: i give every film a chance and actively try to suspend disbelief, but once the major flaws sum up to a level that i just can't argue anymore, every additional mistake becomes unbearable.

The converse of this is also annoying. A group of people can be stranded at sea on a two meter life raft, and somehow two people on one end can gossip and plot at normal volume without the others hearing.

- People yelling "Taxi" when hailing one. That driver's not going to hear you.
- People getting into a bed with shoes on.
- Slavic male last names given to Slavic female characters. Those are gendered (with some exceptions), and it takes 5 seconds to Google. Also anyone vaguely Eastern European is either an Ivan or a Tatiana.

Various forms of plot holes contrived around characters being complete morons. Not realizing stuff any person with an IQ above 80 could have in the given situation.
1. Sound in outer space
2. Bad guys shooting thousands of bullets, and never hitting the good guys
3. People who pick at their food, but never put a bite in their mouths
