From what I remember:
Hood resigns as sheriff and Rebecca helps him by hiding him in her uncle's cabin
There is a serial killer and Hood is asked to help

Kai becomes mayor of Banshee
Anya (I forgot the name she was using) ends up being a single mother and Deva ends up living with her
