Either option is acceptable to me, so long as the end result is the complete eradication of Wokeness.
Based.
What is evil? To someone like you — an anti-White bigot — evil seems to mean any White person who isn't riddled with White guilt or doesn't spend every waking moment worshiping and venerating blacks. You hate White people, plain and simple. So if your definition of evil includes loving my White race, my people, my culture, and my heritage, and wanting to preserve and protect it/them from foreign encroachment, then yes, I’m evil — perhaps one of the most ‘evil’ people you’ve ever encountered.
I'm a straight up Nazi.

The drug war is a failed policy that destroys lives just as much as the drugs themselves, particularly harming Black and Brown communities the most. The drug war needs to end, and all drugs should be legalized — at the very least decriminalized.
No, it's true. But just as fascism can be seen as a correction to liberal democracies, there is also a correction for fascism when it goes unchecked or becomes too extreme. Nothing happens in a vacuum — it occurs because society itself is calling for it. Hitler didn’t seize power in Germany by force; he was elected, and the people embraced him. That’s how fascism takes root.
However, those in power remain so only as long as the people allow it. If they begin to act against the will of the people, becoming too repressive and oppressive, leading to a decline in the quality of life for the masses, then the people will eventually rise up, overthrow the fascists, and replace them with someone less oppressive. It’s a cycle. Societies are dynamic. Even in America we have period with weak leaders and strong leaders. Where the government is more repressive or more permissive. It's an ebb and flow.
Is it the one where the Zebra wonders if it's black with white stripes or white with black stripes?
Wow, this is incredible news. While I was initially thrilled to hear about DEI being shut down, my excitement was tempered by the reality that it will likely just rebrand itself under a different name, much like universities did after the Supreme Court struck down Affirmative Action, which was essentially a form of DEI before DEI. However, if what you’re saying is true, it seems he’s doing exactly what I’ve been advocating for — an old-school, fascist-style witch hunt. If you're me, this is a huge win. This could actually make a real difference and truly purge wokeness from the public sector, which, in turn, will likely give the private sector the green light to purge it too.
I highly recommend the movie. It beautifully captures that transitional moment when the 80s were ending, but the 90s hadn’t quite begun.
And you can still get BlackJack gum:

We were once good friends, and I still consider him a friend, but over time, our differing political views and temperaments caused us to drift apart. Kowalski spends most of his time in the General Board, where as I live primarily on the Politics board. I just visit here every once in a while to say hello to everyone.
Broadcasters were replaced by Podcasters. Progress, amirite?
Damn, thank you, Kowalski! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I was worried no one would catch the reference, but I really wanted to introduce more people to Leonard Cohen. And of course, once they asked me about the meaning of my post, I’d use the chance to introduce them to Happy Harry Hard-On.
Fill the air. Steal it! Keep the air alive!

It's funny — I wrote the exact same thing in a reply to Onan on the next page of this thread, where he also mentioned Luigi. I told him that if he ends up on the jury, he should remember: the verdict is 'not guilty.'
I'm glad you enjoyed it — it really is a banger. I wanted to introduce more people to Leonard Cohen. He's the man.
The post is a reference to the movie Pump Up the Volume (1990) with Christian Slater. He plays a pirate radio DJ, Happy Harry Hardon, and that’s how he begins the first broadcast at the beginning of the movie. He always starts his shows with Leonard Cohen’s Everybody Knows.

I’m really glad you decided to stay and become a part of our little community here. I don’t get the chance to chat with you much since I spend most of my time sparring over on the Politics board, but I do like to drop by here every now and then to say hello. I hope all is well with you.

Don't leave. MC is the best.
Hello.
So many CEOs and not enough Luigis.
Long Live Luigi!
