I can see $2B but I'm skeptical of $3B due to several factors like the long time-frame since the first release, Covid, and 99% was in CGI like a game-play which will put-off many of the older audiences. Then there is the storyline/plot which is too similar to the first. The two biggest advantages that it has going for it is the "director", and that it was more targeted for the younger and children audiences. That is because they were under a totalitarian dictatorship and therefore they made up their own rules/laws. The fact does not change that Nazism/Fascism originated from a left socialism ideology and nothing you have stated contradicts that. Yeap, that is unfortunate as well as Cavill's exit. Hopefully Gunn will deliver.
Nazis are right wing
You have that backwards: Nazism is National Socialism which is considered a branch of socialism. Nazism is a form of Fascism. Fascism "is a fatal combination of nationalism and socialism". Fascism was invented by Benito Mussolini who was a left-wing socialist as well as his father. Just because the Nazis turned against their own socialist ranks as well as socialists outside their ranks it does not mean that the foundation of their ideology did not originate from "Socialism". They ate their own as they still do today; as they say. The Nazis also waged war against communists which is also another branch of “socialism”. Keep in mind that Nazism can also be practiced by those claiming to be right-wing which it is actually an oxymoron and a contradiction since Nazism/Fascism originated from the left-wing socialists. You will find a lot of information online that claims that Nazism/Fascism is right-wing which is part of the big lie meant to deceive. Proper research will lead you to the truth unless you are already bias. Aspects of socialism has been around for thousands of years; most noticeably in slavery, however, this ideology started taking form with the French revolution and then became most prominent with the German philosopher Karl Marx and several others like Lenin. Democrats and left in general are the true heirs of fascism (one of several branches of socialism). In our current modern society, this is called “Liberal Fascism”.
