When he was just a scapegoat and it was government conspiracy. Very similar situation. Oswald was brought at the place of shooting and then named as shooter. While real shooter/s were located separate. Then they blamed it all on him and shot him so he would not tell who hired him to come with that weapon on the place of shooting.

nazi russia will never be able to "negotiate in good faith” because it would mean they have to withdraw their nazi asses from Ukraine territory. And Ukraine can't negotiate even temporary peace like it was in 2014 because nazi russia will break every agreement, will still shoot at Ukraine defenders and will use that time to make more weapon and draft more soldiers to make full invasion again.
It's trully astonishing that naive trumpo-children actually belie there can be some magical "peace talks" and war would end. You can't have "peace talks" with shark.
