I’m surprised that Netflix let that thing in documentary and told the story the way it was and not portray her as the nice and humble person that she tried to portray herself on her social media.
Up until that moment she seemed like a nice person. I liked her. I could not believe that she would lash out at his parents like that over stupid ice cream. And grandparents didnt even knew about allergy because they dont see grandkids often I guess. And SHE didnt tell them. They were not at fault. And then she sad she will lever let them see kids again.
That was so rude and horrible. I thought there must be something else and this was just the last straw. But nope. They were not even at the wedding. He said they were not getting along because his parents thought she took him away from them.
I assume parents saw her for who she was. Manipulative selfish person who was bossing their son and he would eat everything up. They dint like it and she didnt like them back.
But to take away grandchildren from them using ice cream as reason it vile. And then she backtracked and said she will make amends with them BUT ONLY because she thought he was ghosting her because he got upset about it. And she went in full panic mode when she understood for the first time that she is losing him and her power over him is fading. Thats why all those hysterical texts to her friend. This probably happened for the first time in 8 years. He was slipping away and she didnt know how to stop it.
That was the only new thing I found out from movie. That Elvis never toured outside of USA. I never thought of it and payed attention. So stupid of him. Maybe that why movie flopped outside of USA. Because there isnt that many 65 years old people i Europe or Latin America who remember that Elvis fever and went to theaters to see movie about their teenager idol. Like it was with Freddie Mercury.
Still - many young people know about Elvis. But no one cares to see it. It flopped horrendously. 120 millions worldwide is nothing comparing to other movies grosses. Bohemian Rhapsody just killed it with 670 millions. And that movie was bad and boring also.
No one thinks its a man. Reporter misgendered her when he didnt know who was at that car. It was one quick second when she suddenly sit. He had to react and say something. And I think he did it because subconsciously he assumed that men do more car crashes so it must be a man in that driver seat ))) Very stupid of him. Should have refereed driver as a "person".

Helicopter reporters on those car chases probably do that misgendering often. No one paid attention until it was a famous person. Sometimes its hard to see in quick second from a long distance if that is a man or woman.
What is she trying to say there? She has her own wife - that beta guy of a husband. he could babysit her child while she would spent all days practicing and playing and then come home at evening to kiss the child. Like male players do. They have wife that sits at home with kids while they tour.
She can do exact the same and leave her child to her beta husband. She has millions for nannies. Its not a problem.
SHE chooses to spend all her time with her kid. And then somehow blames it on man. Her whole maternity leave could have lasted no more then 10-12 month. Then she could have return and play as if nothing. But she insist on taking her kid with her on every tournament. Men players dont do that with their kids. There are few women players in Tour that have child and continue to play. Azarenka is one example. But they wont talk and complain about it non stop like Serena does.
What "physical labor"? Serena can hire nannies to do that, she is multi-millionaire. I wonder if she realizes that she makes her husband look bad by basically implying that male players have good wives that will take care of children while daddy plays tennis. But Serena’s husband cant take for her kid while mommy is playing.... ))))
Also - she can like.... you know....ADOPT? So many celebrities adopt children and love them fine. Will she not be capable to love a child if it would not come out of her genes and body?
Many female tennis players who want to have children but dont want to end their career could literally adopt. Then have their own when they retire at the age of 33. I wonder why none of them think about that possibility. That would solve the problem of maternity leave in the peak of a sports career.
Because her death was so stupid and idiotic - people just want to know why. What make her to drive like crazy and where was she going in such rush.
There should have been full investigation. To follow her full path that day, talk with people she met, what was she saying. What drugs were in her system. Or people will write conspiracy theory.
When crush happened - news helicopter was in the air for whole time, watching how firefighters were putting down fire and rescuing person inside. They didnt know it was Hollywood actress at the time. And reporter assumed it was a man. Because men do more crashes I guess. So unwoke of him )))) He didnt ask pronounces first and just assumed )))
And he saw how person was brought out of vehicle and cowered with sheets. And then that person has sit and reporter screamed something like: "OMG. He is sitting up".
Thats where the "a man was on the stretcher" came from. Reporter just assumed without knowing it was a woman.
And problem is that Elivises life is so well known, people know all the aspects of his life. So its really noticeable how inaccurate this movie is.
And Baz Luhrmann recreated many of Elvises real life performances. And they were going for so long that it just felt like he did them only so that people would later compare it on youtube with real performances. I never want to rewatch this movie because it was just depressing. I only want to watch documentaries about Elvis because they would tell how his life really was.
Yes, I was watching and wondering how on earth Priscilla and Lisa Marie were on board of this movie and promoting it. Priscilla saw real Elvis. And character in the movie was not it. I look at videos of real Elvis and he was FUN person in them. Austin Butler just looks like he was born depressed in this movie.
I watched that "1968 comeback special" on You tube and Elvises real attitude has nothing to do with how it looked in the movie.
Serena Williams was just happy that Hollywood did a movie about her at all and that Will Smith starred in it and movie had awards recognition. So she swallowed that they used her name and made a movie about her father just because Will Smith wanted awards. And it wasnt movie about her achievements.
Queen members always used every opportunity to make money from Freddie Mercury legacy so they supported his biopic which was bad also.
But Priscilla and Lisa Marie were not in that desperate situation. There was no need for them to support this bad movie. They have to get those royalties every year regardless. Maybe they felt that Elivises popularity is fading and were happy that movie brought up him again. Maybe they were paid few millions also.
But this movie was so inaccurate. And Buz Lurman went full woke and basically accused Elvis to be racist and stealing music from black people with that cultural appropriation nonsense that woketards are are so obsessed with. Many young people will see this movie and think: "So this Elvis guy just stole music from blacks. He saw them singing and dancing and just copied it. What a fraud".
Why would Priscilla and Lisa Marie be so stupid to agree with this narrative....

I guess. They kept reminding they are 12 years old. And I kept thinking they were like 16.
But still it was hilarious how kids were disappointing when they met their future selves. Two of them thought they would be big cases, one didnt care thinking she will end up loser and fourth one thought she would be spoiled rich brat.
But Tiffany constantly side eying her future self and Erin straight out telling herself what a disappointment she is....

Did you read her schedule that day? She hit a garage and people told her to get out of the car. But she drove away. Then she almost hit a pedestrian on the other corner. Speeding like crazy. Then she was speeding to her death on another street. No. when people lose consciousness they cant put pedal on speed and drove around the corners....
She hit that house because she was speeding like crazy on a street that suddenly (for her) ended up on corner. While she was preparing to go forward.
Well - it didnt work obviously. House is destroyed completely and she died.

It was an hour in a small 1 floor apartment. How could they get her out for whole hour? Did they put oxygen mask on her? Each one of them have it. Why couldnt they pull that car with their own big car?
Not every movie with female lead is woke. Its way deeper then that.
"Woke" movies are been called when they feature such things, often combined.
- Angry, selfish, rude woman thats being mean to everyone for no reason. And specially to white men. Thinking she is smarter and better then everyone.
- Another type - Mary Sue as Rey in Star Wars. Usually its small petite woman that throws around men twice bigger then her. Never will happen in real life. But woke movie try to convince they do exist
- All white straight men are usually presented as idiots, evil, racist, misogynist. And who never listen to woman who knows better then them and just brush her off. Then being told a lesson by that woman when it turns out she was right all along.
- White men are only good when they are gays or betas who listen to woman. Men are also good when they are "of color".
- Alphabet people are inserted in script for no reason.
- Gender and race are being swapped for no reason if its adaptation. Always its the whites that are being swiped and white men being swiped for woman.
And many other things like that. Now count how much things were in this movie....
Well why come here then? You can always run into your the comfort of your echo chamber with censorship where admins will ban all non-woke stuff and you will live in happiness believing that everyone agrees with your woke nonsense.

I wonder what was her drunk reason to speed up that much and where was she flying. In her drunk head she was going somewhere and was in a hurry.
I wonder why they cowered her face. Did they thought she was dead? This is a severe damaged person. It was hard for her to breathe under that sheet. Paramedics could not see her face if she stops breathing.
Did they do that because she is celebrity? I assume she could have passed out. Then woke up and saw herself cowered. Got scared that she might be in a morgue and natural reaction was to sit up and take sheets.
Her "indian father" is half-white. His father is from white line. Indian side comes from his mother side. But he looks Indian at least. While she took white and asian genes and looks like white girl. Location was gorgeous. It was the only good thing.
And brother was charismatic and swaggy. I felt sorry when he was killed. I liked him But we all knew it would happen from the moment he was introduced. Because no one can outshine Doctor Mary Sue ))) Honestly I was surprised he would survive to almost end of the movie. I expected him to tragically die in the first 30 minutes.
It was hard to have any feelings for characters or any tension because we all knew that every character will die and Mary Sue will never be in real danger because she is main character and must survive till the end. Thats why Predator, very conveniently, was always distracted by something when it was her time to die. Sometimes he just walked away for no reason.
CGI bear and lion were ridiculously bad.
