Nah, it was more a "brothers in arms" type of thing, and he literally burned Cole's wound. It's just the way the actor is built, small, skinny, with no facial hair, but that doesn't mean Kang is gay. That being said, I don't like his backstory either.
Nothing indicates that the character is gay. Mistreated as a child, yes, but gay, no.

True, but it's not the actors' fault. Patrick Stewart didn't know the fate of Picard until shooting day, meaning he didn't have a say.

How come no one noticed a member of their team missing? Didn't he have any friends at work? Didn't he have a foreman he had to report to before launch? "Yeah, one of my technicians, who was working inside the spacecraft didn't come back and is missing but no big deal, I'm sure he'll show up."

You're probably right. Still, it would have been cool to see old Cap and Fury on a secret moon base in a post-credit scene talking about Falcon's costume.

Well, they did 23 movies which brought them 1 billion on average (totally earned btw). I doubt that plus-minus 1 million for a cameo of Dr. Strange for WandaVision and Old Steve Rogers for this one would have made a negative impact. Disney/Marvel missed the opportunity to show off.

Don't know if you're into Star Trek but I recommend The Next Generation season 3 episode 4 "Who watches the watchers" and season 4 episode 15 "First Contact".

The Sam vs banker scene was ridiculous. An Avenger would never have any money problems or go broke. One call to Pepper would be enough. The more you think about it the more ridiculous Sam's financial 'problems' get.
Not sure about #2 though. Sharon never asked for help, and Sam did say he'd do everything he could for a pardon to happen.
That being said, I could watch an hour-long version of them repairing the boat or Isiah talking to Sam.

yeah, but it isn't, the writers/director had chosen Christmas.
You can't just take Van Gogh's Starry Night and say "this doesn't have anything to do with 'night'. Could have been daytime, 'night' is not necessary, could have been 'starless day'...". That logic doesn't work, because Van Gogh chose stars and nighttime.
If it wasn't Christmas time (inside the Die Hard universe) none of the events would have happened. So, Christmas is necessary, and that makes it a Christmas movie.
