It was very poorly written and didn't make any sense.
She was hard to look at. If she was playing Miss Celie in The Color Purple ("You sho is ugly!!! hehehe) it would be perfect casting. But as Channing Tatum's love interest? Miserable fail. And her friend Jess looks like what I just flushed down the toilet.
I suppose I've been "bullied", but you know how I stopped it? I ignored it. I didn't get hysterical, start crying, slamming my computer shut, and acting like a pathetic victim. Once bullies realize you aren't easy prey they'll move on to the next Taylor who is a drama queen just waiting to be victimized.
Because Taylor was a terrible friend and deserved it.
The dingoes ate them!!!
Yeah, and while smoking a cigarette too. Most people go into a health profession to HELP others. Not to callously ignore the pleadings of a desperate father with his sick child. That nurse got what she deserved. An eye for an eye, Betch.
I couldn't remember what the clerk did, except tell him to wait his turn in line. The doctor was up for 32 hours and hadn't seen his own kids for more than a few hours the last month. But that nurse? Sheesh. She was rude, disrespectful and just plain mean. She had it coming, whether from him or anyone she likely treated around her. I cheered when he shot her. He saved others' lives by disposing of that B. She didn't belong in the nursing field or anywhere else in society.
So, if I was a juror I'd have voted to convict on the two murders of the clerk and doctor. But NOT guilty for the justifiable homicide of that cruel incompetent and lethal nurse.
Exactly. They could have just disposed the body of the son and never said anything, or just say that he ran away, since he'd fallen into a bad crowd. It makes no sense to THEN lock the little girl up in a dungeon for the rest of her life. I thought this was a really stupid movie, even for Lifetime.
Well, Frida and her friend Jess certainly fit the bill. I don't like to criticize another woman's looks, but I was disappointed in the casting of Frida. She just didn't look good enough for Slater. I was glad there weren't any intimate scenes between them, not counting the rape.
I'm rewatching the series and was surprised it was brought up in one of the early episodes of season 1, the one where Christian takes Matt to a porn studio. Julia was livid and said enough that we realize he's his father.
Also, if she was in a coma for over 3 months, her muscles would have atrophied severely and she probably wouldn't be able to just up and walk without major assistance.
I disagree with Burnett or Eve Arden for the role. No one would care if some asexual blob like them was the damsel in distress at the end. The part required a beautiful woman. Someone we would care about if she went over the falls.
Because he was totally miscast. Max Showalter only knows how to play the overly smiley jester. He only can play "too much" when he acts, starting with that shite eating grin. There was just no reason to have a "too much" actor in a quite serious movie. It was distracting and lent nothing to the picture except annoyance.
Yeah, I was waiting for the excitement to start. Then it ended. Oh well.
That's what I was thinking.
And she continued to prove it, obviously later on without her mother's hideous influence. She was a hideous woman, Ginger was. May she RIH.
That was the reason. To avoid saying JC. I tried to get used to saying it, but JFC came out more naturally.
Oh my god, yes! That's the whole point. Same with most horror movies. All those F13 movies were comedies with cheap scares.
Also, a gymnast would not fling herself into a high flip if something got in her eyes. She'd just release and fall on her butt. (former gymnast here). We are prepared for almost anything, our hands slip, rhythm off, etc. We don't release like that when something is off, we just let go, fall to the ground and hope for the best.
Saying that, I *LOVED* that scene!! So funny! "Someone call 911!!" LOL
Someone like Tyrone Power would have been great.
