In the movie database, there are "More Like This" for every movie. Wind Chill's "More Like this" led me to it. The movie is "Rest Stop". Thanks for your help.
I have those two on DVD. Close, but no. In Dead End, they were inside a car and couldn't get out of the freeway. In Wind Chill, there was snow. Here, there was no snow. They seemed stuck outside a gas station, or a diner
It wasn't that bad for its time. But the name of the band was terrible: Shy

I am thinking Believers (2007) as well.
If I was her, I'd start looking for another job. Her fate is not that different from that of Diane Franklin, Deborah Foreman, Jenny Wright, to name a few.
The closest candidate I have been able to find is Bloody Moon (1981), but there are things that are different. For example, in Bloody Moon, toward the end, one woman does not kill the other. Instead the killer does.
