Horror Movie from the 70s or 80s.

I remember seeing this movie in the early 80s. It is probably European.
At the end, two women get into a discussion, then they fight and one kills the other. All of a sudden, a man walks in, and sees her covered in blood and assumes she is the killer everyone is looking for, and this is the END of the movie.
One of those girls had psychological problems. That I remember.
