I just watched this last night and thought the same thing. Was he even interested in saving the town? He seemed too bent on chasing Tiffany Bolling's skirt to notice.
Yes works for me too..I'd watch this over the original Part II any day of the week.
I was so bummed back at the turn of the century when I accumulated a huge DVD collection only to see blu ray take off and after that, 4K scan. It's like ugh every time I waste money trying to re-collect on better format (I cut off after blu ray went 4k and said I'm done with re-collecting again).
Cruise was so selfishly full of himself in this movie.
This is one of a handful of Eastwood movies I enjoyed. If you liked this I'd recommend seeing his 60s/70s westerns except Joe Kidd. I did like Pale Rider and to lesser extent Unforgiven. His other non-western movies run hot and cold..
If American Graffiti was first that would have been Suzanne's first film (both are in 1973).
That's 6 El Dorados...it ain't just numbers, Axel.
The only one that's been good in the last 10 years has been Rogue One. The others that came after have been mediocre to murky garbage..
Still, I think he could pull it off.
I think he could pull it off. He'd have to gain weight slightly.
Trumpey Don Don & the orange orangutan. Also Trumpy Trumpet, Trumpy Tantrum, the Divider in Chief, the Antichrist, 'ol scratch and Adolf Hitler incarnate.
Telly Savalas is still my favorite Blofeld in OHMSS, but if I had to choose between Pleasance or Gray, I'd have to give the nod to Gray.
When Maxie craps out and asks Lana Wood if she would like to go back to his place and she tells him to go take a nap and she'll see him next year.
STFU with your lies. That is exactly what Republicans do to deflect the blame when things go sideways.
Now the republican party has splintered under his watch. He has lost the senate by being stingy on stimulus checks which Biden will pass. In the end, Mitch is an idiot.
He is a virtual Adolf Hitler. To see that 75 million actually voted to re-elect him is a scary thought. He provided no leadership for the country during the pandemic.
I was impressed with Lone Survivor the action under duress was believable. This is probably Mark Wahlberg's best movie.
