Be up front and tell her you don’t want anything other than a platonic friendship and then tell her you’re not the touchy-feely kind of friend so she will respect your space. Hopefully she won’t pursue you after that.

I have met (briefly at my job): 1. Drew Barrymore (friendly) 2. Diane Keaton (friendly) 3. Earle Hyman (Grandfather from Cosby Show)—very nice 4. Lisa Marie Presley (at one of her concerts backstage) very cool 5. Brad Whitford (outside before soundcheck while traveling in Colorado) 6. Ben Stein (very nice guy) 7. Reese Witherspoon (rude) and Jake Gyllenhaal (when they were dating way back when) 8. Michael Williams (from Michael Williams Band) although I didn’t know who he was at the time 9. Bill Miller (awesome guy) at a double concert and briefly on the phone 10. Josh Duhamel (at Adventure World when he was on All My Children doing a Soap Opera Event) I still have the photo of us hugging. He’s so tall and very good looking. He told my cousin she was beautiful and I was so jealous at the time, lol. I’m sure I’ve missed someone but that is all I can think of right now.
