Right? How is that even possible? "I'll disable the engines to the warp bubble collapses." Then the damaged ship warps out 2 seconds later after Burnham is dramatically rescued. Huh?
How on earth does Cronenberg allow himself to be associated with this dreck?
The Expanse may be the best, most "realistic" SF series ever at least in terms of obeying the laws of physics (to a great extent) and depicting realistic human/societal behavior. Certainly in the top 2 or 3. There is some "magic" technology, but of extraterrestrial origin and the characters end up utilizing it without any clue how it actually works.
Oh ack! She had such a cute girl-next-door face; why would she want to ruin it to look like just another plastic pop star??? :(
She definitely got implants too which is another shame. She had such a nice little perky pair before as in "Driven."
End of the day though, it's her body she can do what she wants <shrug>.
Chrisjen Avasarala from The Expanse! I loved her character in that!
Not quite as fit as Michelle Dockery, but that same hard as nails bombshell vibe and attitude I agree. Hot!
Same on all counts except they didn’t really wrap up The Gospel thread. Daddy Glass called him off but we don’t know what he was promised and now he knows that not only did Freddy kill his brother but likely the accountant as well.
Right? Garfunkel & Oates even had a short-lived sitcom. I can't remember which service it's on, but some funny episodes.
Just like Emma Stone. Both look best as redheads IMO.

Crash
Videodrome
Naked Lunch
A History of Violence
It might be good, but no number of even amazing series could EVER make up for the abomination that was GoT Season 8.
There can be no redemption for Season 8 of GoT. :D What a complete, rushed cluster-F that was.
Well the Boeing CEO/managers weren't held accountable when the 737MAX MCAS issues killed a few hundred people now were they? TBF, I think they should have been, but there was quite a bit more intentional negligence in that case.
In the real world, you are 100% correct. However, you ARE aware I assume that in the production of movies, guns DO get pointed at people and blanks even fired at people from a safe distance? The responsibility to ensure that no one gets injured is not the actors'. That said, as someone who grew up around firearms, I would have a *really* hard time pointing a gun at someone and/or pulling the trigger unless I had *personally* verified only blanks or dummy rounds were in the gun. I'm also not an actor however.
Evan Rachel Wood had some not-great things to say about their time together. Years after the fact TBF, but sometimes it takes a while to process events and understand what was really going on.
Huh? Really? As others have commented, nothing of the sort. Perhaps you could elaborate what gave you that impression???
Dude, have you seen The Marvels? Her butt in her CM costume early in the movie is about the only reason to watch it.
The movie.
I guess they kind of wrapped up the main mystery (how the scientists died), but still so much left unanswered and easter eggs left unexplained. The plot/script could have been pared down A LOT and still have been as or more interesting and satisfying. Kind of like they were worried the season wouldn't be engaging enough so they just threw in a bunch of random stuff that never got explained. Not least of which is all the dead people everyone kept seeing. What was that all about in the end???
The bigger question for me is how they are EVER going to answer all the open questions and close all the plot threads in ONE episode absent some ludicrous deus ex machina. I am SO sick of "limited series" that are so cheap and/or lazy to only produce a small handful on episode. I long for the days of a series of a dozen or two episodes.
I've pretty much given up expecting anything original out of at least mainstream Hollywood movies. It's all re-boot, re-imagine, sequel, or outright theft as has been pointed out here.
