Yeah I hear ya. Was never a big fan of the other Mummy series. It was a bit cartoonish for me.
I feel like I am one of very few people that not only liked this movie but loved it. I found it really exciting and entertaining. It really didn’t feel like a Mummy story though, I can admit that. It’s like the 2006 Miami Vice film I love that too but it really doesn’t feel like Miami Vice that we are used to.
Have to admit those pics are kinda creepy to me. It’s their lack of expression. Almost like a blackmail photo.
