I'm gonna go with Bladerunner. Either one. Actually, the only "dumb" going on is you having a hissy because someone has a different opinion on a movie you don't like. Grow up and play nice. I guess I'm in the minority when it comes to Rihanna's role. Honestly, I thought Bubble was adorable. When she died, it was heartbreaking. Since I couldn't tell you one song by Rihanna, nothing about her being a pop star distracted me or gave me a certain expectation for her role. Overall, I think you've written a great assessment of Valerian. Space opera is a genre you other like, or you don't. Admittedly, I read the Wikipedia summary about 25 minutes in and it helped me enjoy the movie. That's too bad because the second half is so much better than the beginning. Agreed. All the humor and sympathy was disturbing. I think you're viewing it through a lens of strategy which in MCU doesn't really account for. I agree with you but as to the point? The action. I mean real life military action is pretty routine and final. Brilliant ! I agree. No , they don't. There are some tweaks but overall the plot is the same. The books are better but that's usually the case. Exactly. It's a children's/ family movie. All the negative press must be from people whose favorite movies aren't in that genre. How so? Eddie wasn't the original. Rex Harrison was. ONE gay couple, Craig and Frank. ( seas. 1)I fail to see ANY Christian bashing . I know your comment is an old one but I'd love to know how you got your astounding take. I'm thinking one gay person is one too many for you ? And Aghdashloo is Iranian. If that's honestly what you got from my comment, the error in thinking is yours genius. Nope, psychology and English. Hmm. I thought she effectively characterized an older woman hardened by years of loss and terror. Cynical, angry, seasoned. As an older woman myself, I related to her and thought Hamilton's acting was spot on. No facial cosmetic surgery too- wonderful to see in a leading "lady". Excellent point. Someone else was there, at least in that one video. Since it was a cat video, maybe it didn't play into the murder case and was therefore irrelevant. No, after reading through this thread's comments, it's clear that your pathological defense of Tom Cruise has led you to look kinda foolish. This is a place for tolerating differing opinions and perceptions. DISCUSSION. Nope. Just through Caliban's War. Another comment states that they are completely different stories but as far as I can tell, Season One is pretty close to the plot and characters in Leviathan Wakes. Well, at least I know watching The Expanse won't give away the plot as it unfolds in the book series. I'm hooked on the books, definitely more than the series. (And that's the way it usually unfolds). Good. (That was quick!!) As you've probably guessed, I'm just starting the last segment. I'll still leave my comment though as I think its sentiment stands.
