Ryan is absolutely horrible. He's basically just playing himself and it's obvious :(
lol this is uninformed. Movie was utterly creepy. It's not trying to be a pretentious art film.
wild west/desert theme
smh
There's nothing original about it.
Lol yeah no...
:(
so so wrong. You just didn't get it
It's not that good. Just average
what a productive conversation
Halloween Kills is even better than that one!
It looks exactly the same as a Marvel movie.
It was extremely distracting from the movie. Kind of ironic she would do something like this after being abused. She goes on to perpetuate the a power dynamic over someone else.
You've got to respect Heather for letting people portray themselves as they'd like to be portrayed. This spoke volumes when she gave the one director Renny an opportunity to showoff how much of a pompous ass he is.
I don't think horror is as subjective as you do. There are clearly bad films and good films. A bad film is not easily defended. If someone says a movie is good because they liked it, that is the most basic, self-centered analysis of a film one can give.
I agree the characters were cliche and corny.
You are probably right. At the time it looks like Insidious and Black Swan were the only horror movies making big splashes in creativity and grandiose. I still don't think that just because it wasn't similar to what was coming out beforehand with Saw and Paranormal Activity that it should be considered good.
You basically have a rehashing of Poltergeist without the style and without the acting. It was likely an attempt by the production studios to recapture the golden era of horror. I think their agenda is apparent and what turns me off from it. To me, it takes a step backward on what those previous films accomplished.
You must not watch a lot of horror movies then
All he does is throw hissy fits. He has made a career out of complaining.
what were the problematic politics in the movie?
How so?
