Why are so many people quitting their jobs?

It's not PC to say this, but I think most guys who are serious about having kids would want younger women. It's true from an evolutionary perspective. If a woman is past 35, you increase chances of the child having Down syndrome or other ailments. Sure if you want a "fling" then older women (aka "cougars") are fine. But if serious relationship, no thanks.
I would want a woman who is ideally late 20s or early 30s. That is best time for most women to have kids because that is usually the age range when most women are settled into their careers these days. Women who are serious about their careers tend not to want to have kids in their early to mid 20s.
Except it's the government's responsibility to protect its people. Vaccine mandates and mask mandates are one way to ensure that. It's not "personal responsibility " if their reckless actions harms others.

It's not fascism because it's the government's responsibility to protect its people. Mask mandates and vaccine passports are measures to combat the disease.
