I reckon Dr Cream's Crime Museum is the most atmospheric setting in any Charlie Chan mystery. 1. Adam West - Batman 2. Michael C. Hall - Dexter 3. Daniel Stem - Home Alone 4. There's a 2021 documentary of his time when working for the British Secret Services called 'Dracula Nazi Hunter: How I Learned To Love Christopher Lee And Drink Atomic Bombs.' Rather a strange title but I would Like to see it as it has archive material of Christopher Lee. There's no votes for it on IMDb so I'm wondering if it's actually been shown anywhere. 1. John Wick (2014) Not in your preferred era but my favorite movie on this theme is 'Auntie Danielle' (1990). It's a French comedy with Tsilla Charlton as a difficult impish elderly woman who feigns helplessness. She talks to a photograph of her long dead husband telling him all sorts of lies of what she says she has to put up with. This one really strikes my funny bone. It is unique. I think it deserves a higher IMDb rating. Penguins can look a bit like little people so I think it was included to make you give a double take at the point. I also liked the duck getting the better of the chef. I liked the little ponies they rode. I think children would like this movie because they've got heroes and villains the same stature as them. 1.
