lol exactly!
The OP is acting like it's a perfectly normal everyday occurrence to see people be shot 6 times at point blank range, fall 2 stories, and run away.
lol what a dumb statement. Just because something is a copycat doesn't automatically mean it's bad.
Halloween had palm trees in Haddonfield, Illinois. "People who love movies" would never miss a detail like that. Get off the high horse!
The score. Piano melodies and notes are haunting/chilling/evil sounding whatever you want to call it. Those notes hit at the right time really set the mood. Without those, the movie would probably sound like Annie chewing on the phone the whole time.
Jason enjoyed the lazy days of country killing.
Being in the country and knowing a psychotic killer can murder you at literally any moment is really what gets people's adrenaline flowing. You haven't felt true country living until you're being chased through 5 miles of backwoods country by a knife wielding maniac with a hockey mask.
It did keep you guessing for sure for a few seconds if Jason really did kill Shelley.
He was very good in "Bully." It was based on a true story:

That's the only movie I ever saw with him in it.
You're right, he was happy about getting the calculation right.
That's how I always understood his joyous insane screaming: "88 MILES PER HOUR!!!!!!"
You have established Doc was a little bit eccentric, if not downright crazy. What a shocker you have discovered. My mouth is hanging open in disbelief.
But we are all crazy. Some are just crazier than others. Free life lesson for you.
But, you wouldn't be able to get her wet.
And the one episode "Beyond the Sea" starred 2 "Straight white males" (Aaron Paul & Josh Hartnett). I would assume this episode would automatically have to be the favorite of the anti-woke crowd; Seeing "The Straight White Male" represented in a series is truly a tearjerking experience.
Kudos to "Woke Mirror" for taking a huge risk and representing the oppressed Straight White Males. White people sure have come a long way.
They could have casted another black or brown...or a red or a yellow...but they didn't.
I am tearing up a bit just typing this.
Funny they mention the Bills making 4 straight Super Bowls. Their coach Marv Levy is in the hall of fame just because they made 4 in a row.
Also the coach of the 70's Vikings...Bud Grant...made the Super Bowl 4 times with the Vikings and lost all 4 ('69, '73, '74, '76) and he's in the Hall of fame as well.
So you got 2 coaches there who are a combined 0-8 in the Super Bowl but are in the Hall of Fame anyway. There is something to be said for being the conference winner 4 times.
In the 4 AFC Championship games, the Bills beat:
the Raiders in '90,
John Elway's Broncos in '91,
Dan Marino's Dolphins in '92,
Joe Montana's Chiefs in '93.
Here's their coaching records:
Bud Grant: https://www.pro-football-reference.com/coaches/GranBu0.htm
Marv Levy: https://www.pro-football-reference.com/coaches/LevyMa0.htm
Both have similar records.
Jordan isn't known for being the most caring and loving guy. It's because his 6-0 mark in the NBA finals is mythologized and turns him into some hero who can do no wrong.
Jordan played for 15 seasons and made the finals 6 times. That's 9 seasons that ended where he was a loser.
Why couldn't he make the finals the other 9 years?
What if he made 8 finals and lost 2 and went 6-2?
Is it better to make 8 finals but still have 6 rings or just go 6-0? Magic Johnson made the finals 9 times and went 5-4. What if Magic was just 5-0? Would that be better than 5-4?
I think about John Harbaugh and Mike Tomlin in the NFL. Both have 1 ring but Harbaugh is 1-0 in the Super Bowl and Tomlin is 1-1 in the Super Bowl (lost to Green Bay). I personally think getting to the Super Bowl twice is better than once. But the discussion is interesting.
Both of them are almost the same coach:
John Harbaugh: 147-95....11-9 in playoffs...1 ring in 1 Super Bowl
Mike Tomlin: 163-93-2....8-9 in playoffs....1 ring in 2 Super Bowls
But I think Tomlin wins.
Jordan was also a drama queen who retired 3 times. Imagine if LeBron did that...haters would be foaming at the mouth at his prima donna attitude toward the game.
You wish you weren't 1/8 black.
Did anyone watch it?
Did they remake this classic scene?

Who knows? A lot of people are stupid. I love Part 5.
It does remind me of the movie 'Scream' where the killer asks "Name the killer in Friday the 13th" and she screams, "Jason!" and he says "I'm sorry, that's the wrong answer. Jason didn't show up until the sequel."
This other scene from the movie is one of the funniest scenes from any movie in my opinion. A lot of people seem to like this one.

You guys probably don't know the context. The movie has a black character and a white character always joking and messing with each other because they became friends.
The black character asks the white character why he doesn't dunk in a game and he makes an excuse that it's because it's showboating for the sake of showboating and the black character says it's because white men can't jump. But towards the end of the movie, he finally dunks the ball on a game winning alley-oop from his black teammate thus "proving" his own teammate, the black man, wrong.
It really is a funny movie.
Here's a funny scene from the movie where he tells him "white men can't jump" as he made a bet that he only needs 3 tries to dunk it:

Here's the ending part where he dunks it:

blood was medicine
I feel like they will have a flashback and show how FEDRA put them all down there.
ehhhhh joke isn't that great...but also not that bad, either.
