Soccer fans are all cringe. Apparently he thought he'd be the next Chris Evans after doing the first 'Shazam' movie. Politics aside, I don't think he's a bad actor. But that's not what roles he generally played in the stuff I saw him in. He's like the goofball or the comic relief. Even when he's the straight man in something like Tangled, he's still the comic relief. I don't think so. I guess she's safe. The movie has done very well at the box office. Also, she looks very similar to Tom Hardy's wife and they're apparently old friends. His wife better watch out. It’s a shame that Trump is going to have them for dinner. The action looks okay. But we’re doing this same story again? The “married couple are spies” bit has been done to death. If the rumors about the $300M budget are true, it probably won’t break even. I liked the first one. Curious to see how this one turns out. The first one did turn a profit. But it was six years ago. Not sure if people even remember it. You're half-right. Elon Musk is trying to position himself as the power-behind-the-throne. But Trump doesn't like sharing the spotlight with anyone. There's already talk about Musk arguing with long-time Trump associates. ".... Hope he doesn't destroy the country." Don't hold your breath. Just like how all the Fox News hosts were antivaxxers for their audience despite the whole lot of them totally being vaccinated themselves. That's what Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) said on CNN of all places, not even Fox. The action would be absolutely insane and I’m okay with that. He’s actually not a bad fit. They already did a live-action show in the nineties with him first as a little kid. The he grows up and most of it is him fighting in WW1. It was a good show and it’s cool because they actually filmed on location in like twenty, thirty countries. From what I remember, it did fine with ratings but it was still pretty expensive. So it got canceled before George Lucas could finish up the series. I remember he wanted to introduce Abner Ravenwood and a young Belloq to set up their rivalry. They’re still around. Most of them being in the horror or comedy genres. What's different between 2016 and 2024 is that Trump is now surrounded by sycophantic yes-men plus Trump has the entire apparatus of the Republican Party under his control. That same party controls all 3 branches of government, including a high court that gave him specifically full presidential immunity. And the only reason he bothered running for office again is to stay out of jail for crimes he didn't have to commit. No, Max's death was an accident. Celine just snapped. Then it'd be a short-lived franchise.
