I worked at a small 4x4 parts shop and got paid pretty well (for a 16 year old) to simply box up lift kits and other parts, mark them to their addresses and send them to UPS. Got free bbq everyday and had plenty of downtime to listen to the radio. The good old days..

Gas is up over 50%.
I don't know the exact increase in groceries. I'm buying bulk and generics to keep the cost down, watching for sales too, and I am sure we still are up at least 25%.
General sales tax, property tax, and license fees have not gone up at all though. Sooner or later, government expenses will mean they have to raise taxes. I'm quite sure government is seeing the same cost increases I am.
Buying building materials almost feels like playing the stock market. When I need something, it seems to be the item that is seeing maximum price increases. And now there's a supply sag again.
Bidenomics is working all right....working to make us all poorer.

We were thriving before, now we're just trying to break even and not go into insurmountable credit card debt while trying to keep the lights on. I want to do way better than just survive. Can we have an actual leader in the WH again and not some Leftist traitor?
