She doesn't have a midichlorian count. Midichlorians have a Rey count.
None would be better.
"Put that thing away! You're gonna get us all killed!"
I expect Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will zip past it pretty quickly as well. (Already passed it worldwide even without opening domestically.)
"I'm Mary Poppins y'all!"
Rather than slamming Disney for selling SW toys, I more often see them laughing at Disney for NOT selling any of them ;)
A definite improvement
It's been a very long time since I watched this movie, but wasn't the self-destruct caused by shutting off coolant to the reactor, leading to a nuclear explosion? An oil tanker wouldn't have a self-destruct device, but if it was powered by a nuclear reactor and you shut off the coolant you would get very poor results...

"I really saw a lot of potential for an awesome trilogy from the foundation presented as well. But unfortunately...we were wrong...TLJ proved it."
I can't agree with this more. I wouldn't call myself a TFA basher, but I thought it was fairly mediocre. It just hit me really flat, but I thought it set up some interesting threads that could be exploited later in the trilogy. The Last Jedi burned all of those threads to ash. Not only is TLJ my least favorite SW movie to date (including the Ewok movies - at least I can ignore those as goofy kid movies, and enjoy them on that basis) it actually made me like TFA *less*.
At least in this case it's a good, on-topic post for this board. Even if the lack of comment in the OP doesn't make people want to click.
For those wondering, it's a youtube video by a guy explaining something he thought went wrong in TLJ: namely, the lack of a coherent vision of the direction of the overall story between VII and VIII.

Jedi Rocks. Though I don't like it in the movie, as a stand alone music video or something it's not too bad.
"We can't get the weighing scales out and measure how much shit there is in TLJ..."
Only because there are no scales big enough, nor that could handle that much weight ;)
I sighed loudly several times. I went to see it with my parents, and my mom asked me afterwards if I feel asleep because she thought I was snoring. hehe
(For the record, the only movie I've ever fallen asleep watching in the theater was Wild Wild West)
That actually sounds kind of fun, but I wouldn't feel right about doing that until I've seen it. I won't be seeing it until it's on basic cable (barring a free HBO weekend or something to see it earlier.) By then though, I think the window of opportunity will have passed on this fabulous idea.
I'd be more optimistic if there was even one, just one, likeable character in the show...
At the moment, yes. Yes it is, and it's not even close.
