I hope I'm not contributing to the ugliness in your opinion. All I implied is that IQ is not the definitive statistic for measuring the value of a person.
When physicist Stephen Hawking was asked his IQ, he replied: "I have no idea. People who boast about their IQ are losers."
He could be lazy to reply, too. I admit I have my lazy days....
I suppose, yeah. He is a politician in the end no matter my opinion, and his unconventionality is what gave him the electoral college in 2016.

They should just raise the wages of employees. In my simple view, tipping promotes favoritism (attractive service people would get tipped more than less attractive people, there's the risk that people won't tip and also the retribution employees may have on non-tippers, and stuff like that.)
