The usual again.
In Friday the 13th Part 5 a somebody takes their top off in front of the mirror and says "it's show time!"
Part and parcel
Your "retorts" are embarrassing. Just take the L and move on if you have nothing to say.
Not as embarrassing as you editing your replies so you don't look as dumb.
Could have turned it down for all we know. That's why we get the 50 Shades girl because nobody else wanted it?
But the point still stands. Ana de Armas is a lead and could fit into any high profile role next to any high profile actor.
Sydney Sweeney is not.
That's not a counter argument, that's a cop out.
Just take the L and move along.
Also:
>The original film gives us a little something. Myers kills his sister. Then, he comes back, focusing on the home where he killed his sister. A number of victims are like his sister. So, there was something of a motivation.
YOU CHANGED IT! Ha haaaaa
You said his motivation was killing people JUST LIKE HIS SISTER.
Hence, my strange reply addressing your buffoonery.
Well, it's strange now, after you changed your comment so mine doesn't line up with what you said.
Howling laughing.
Not really.
Sydney Sweeney isn't sucking up the lead roles.
She's still a 3rd player to Madame Web and other cast, when Ana de Armas would be Madame Web.
Case. Point.
You don't need to read a whole book for motivations, and back story of a great horror film bad guy.
Especially if they barely had a backstory and only one motive beforehand.
>his motivation was killing people JUST LIKE HIS SISTER
So why does he kill dudes, old people and animals? Black men, black women, mechanics, cops, and he killed 2 dogs in the first movie.....just like his sister huh.
He has no motive other than the want to kill. His pattern is only killing, and he doesn't even enjoy it. He's a killing machine. Simple and beautiful.
Carpenter added a second motive in part 2 of him chasing his sister. That's the only other decent motive. He didn't even want to direct it, and begrudgingly wrote, adding a little twist of Michael Myers, and Laurie Strode being related.
It's when the studio wanted to churn out cheap sequels with poor writers and a lot of studio meddling, we have the awful "The Cult of Thorn". When the series gets several movies in with low quality writers people want to add their "piece" to the series and start adding lame motives and back stories that don't work we have:
The cult is comprised of several Haddonfield residents who believe in an ancient Druid demon that spreads sickness and death. To save themselves, they place a curse on a child from their tribe (currently Michael Myers). The child is then possessed by Thorn, driving them to kill their entire family on the night of Samhain (Halloween), whenever the Thorn constellation appears. They planned to pass the curse on to Danny Strode after Michael made his final sacrifice, which would have ended the Myers family bloodline. However, Tommy Doyle intervened on their ceremony and used the power of ancient runes of light and protection to defeat Michael.
I'd take no motive over that convoluted mess.
Same with Jason Voorhees in Friday the 13th. He kills because he's pissed. His mam killed because she was pissed at councillors and the camp, so she killed people around the camp.
When they start adding hell demons, possessing members of his bloodline and sacred daggers (9 movies in and bloodline was never mentioned before) it becomes lame.
Michael Myers had no motivation other than he wanted to kill.
When they started to write motivations, that's when Halloween became lame.
Just a minor theory, but either somebody at the hotel sold the tape to somebody that would pay a high price, be it gangsters and they had control of it to extort and eventually ruin if he stopped paying.
or it went to the police. The tape went up the chain, and somebody within the authorities had hold of it to blackmail him, and the man power to keep tabs, collect evidence and ruin when he stopped paying.
It could be classed as a conspiracy theory, but why did this tape wait so long to come out.
It should have been dealt with years ago, and P Diddy punished for it, as he should. It's a blatant beating he gave that woman.
Now it seems like a co-ordinated attack from all sides with little to no evidence apart from this tape and suggestions that there were indeed wild celebrity parties. No different to other wild coke fueled celebrity parties.
Hell, even some bands had drugs on their rider. Even movie directors. Some DJs have been known to do it, with rave promoters supplying. Groupies have been fed to them by staff. Groupies who specifically hang around the back to be banged by the celeb.
Does that mean everybody should be jailed for "sex trafficking" because they ushered in a groupie, who was only waiting there so she could be ushered in to have sex with a famous person.
Everybody jailed for drug dealing as well?
"LAUGHS AS KEN"
This new fantasy book you are writing has incredible world building for its characters.
"A single mom, as in a woman who's been abandoned by her male partner? You're saying it's a single mother's fault her partner abandoned her and her child/children"
POT, KETTLE, BLACK.
Yikes. Your attempt on shifting high suicide rates onto men's relationships with one another is frightening.
If anybody is TOXIC, it's YOU.
You've concocted a little bubble and put all of men's suicides into that tiny little bubble that came from your head.
Of course, it's because other males pressure males not to seek help with mental health. Now we've dealt the blame onto men, we can move on /s
WOWZERS
Well, when women get into trouble, people do attempt to infantilize women to get them off the hook for their own decisions.
They even go out of the way to infantilise themselves to gain victim points at every opportunity.
One minute strong, brave, quick-witted, and smart. The other naive and naive, and naive, as well as weak willed (whenever a man is around to blame for their wrong doings).
People are seeing though that, now it's time to pick a lane, honey.
There is a claim of "the patriarchy", "inequality" between men and women.
Claims.
It's also weird that video of him beating his ex-girlfriend took years to come out. Likely he was being blackmailed then declined to be blackmailed any more, so they ruin him with all guns blazing.
Ghost by a country mile.
Plus Ghost made a way bigger impact in the cinema. I remember a packed house with people crying at the end of Ghost.
Always is where the cracks for Spielberg started to show and his tendency for schmaltz
Maybe IMDB boards are not for you? You can't even communicate your own thoughts effectively?
Zero brain power, zero love for movies, 100% political poster/activist obsessed with USA politics.
Grow a brain or move along.
lol you even bumped your own thread.
USA politics obsessed goon.
2 famous people were invited to the same place a couple of times in the last 3 decades and had a photo taken.
Wowzers, shocking news!!!
aaah another person obsessed with USA politics and thinks everybody else is from the USA and obsessed with USA politics. I can't wait to hear all your rants about Trump on a movie board.
So you couldn't explain how you connected incel to somebody who isn't shocked by the debauchery at celeb parties.
Basically, you can't explain, don't have the brain power to communicate the logic of your opinions. Because there is no logic.
