Average guy - no Hot tall guy with hair (who is not a total pussy) - yes Average looks but worldwide superstar - yes Totally! Yea, on the other hand the phone of the girl got battery for ages.. my phone only has juice like for 16 hours.. Definately, sweaty palms multiple times Definately, sweaty palms multiple times Yea.. i assumed they somehow thought they just went up there and will come down again no problem, but it makes no sense when they use the flair and there is these ladders lying around She posted the carcass dead animal being eaten by the vultures and got likes for it, so i assume she also posted the video before that (the 'we are gonna go up to the tower!' vid in the car) Nah, really not.. i give this a 5/10 of what they could have delivered in this regard (They did deliver on tits - which was justified with story) Totally! Yea, the 3 first waves kinda make sense What was it - worldwide tsunami, then plague Certainly, I'd be happy to analyze and rate each wave for its logical consistency within the context of an alien invasion scenario. Let's break them down: Lights Out (EMP): 9/10 This is highly logical. Disabling electronic devices would cripple human communication, defense systems, and infrastructure. It's a strategic first move. Surf's Up (Tsunamis): 7/10 While devastating, this seems less targeted than the others. It would primarily affect coastal areas, leaving inland regions relatively untouched. Still, it's an effective way to destroy major population centers. Pestilence (Virus): 8/10 Using a biological weapon is logical, especially one spread by birds for wide distribution. However, it risks mutating to affect the aliens or their potential Earth ecosystem. Silencer (Alien infiltrators): 6/10 This is less logical from an efficiency standpoint. Disguising aliens as humans to hunt survivors seems labor-intensive and risky compared to other methods of extermination. The 5th Wave (Child soldiers): 4/10 This is the least logical. Training human children to kill other humans is complex, time-consuming, and risky. There are more efficient ways for technologically advanced aliens to eliminate remaining humans. The early waves seem more logical from an invasion standpoint, while the later ones prioritize narrative drama over strategic efficiency. Of course, this is all within the context of a fictional scenario designed for entertainment rather than a realistic invasion plan. Would you like me to elaborate on any specific wave or aspect of this analysis? I agree with AI :) I thought they replaced the actor :) Global!? These ape movies are always super-local.. Rise: well, it was in human times, so we know all earth was covered in human, it was 'now' time Dawn: Location was San-francisco and nearby forrest, and perhaps 'military base north, where an army comes' War: They travel a little bit, world gets tiny bit bigger, it's colonel's army and 'rest of the US Army' coming Kingdom: Ok, there is a king with the 'reach' of a few day's travels it seems Not very global. Then there is one underground human bunker, ok. Yea, interesting! They say 1 in 500 humans survived, so from 8 billion to 16 million humans. So a city with 10 million inhabitants than would only have 20k. In War for the planet of the apes the virus mutates and makes humans slowly mute and dumb. Then is the time for real ape takeover. Well, the obvious contamination of the technician guy with the virus was kinda stupid - everybody (boss, Franco, the guy himself) noticed it and they didn't even wonder if they should isolate this guy and look at him. Then he sneezes blood and just goes about his way. (Franco notices but doesn't wonder about it) Then gets supersick home, then decides to wander around in the streets and go directly to Franco. So that's 3x stupid Very interesting, Thanks! Episode 2: Black couple: he spends like 400-600usd on mobile phone games. They have a few thousands on bank accounts, 100k in debt and want to buy a house. These people on these shows are like comically bad with money. I guess that's how you get a bit more views, but i doubt this show is successful. lol at the dramatic slowmotion-shots of the guru all the time I put my very soft spoiler in spoiler so you can read it. For me it was worth Appreciate you for writing that, hope you have good days When i watched the movie i did not think the mother was racist. And i thought the daughter was portrayed as a little racist. I did not feel the director tried to sell anything, i think he did a great job painting realistic people (Not perfect. On the whole rational. And not making superstupid decisions like so often in movies) My guess is a movie like eg 'before sunset' you say also that nothing happened at all, just because they were 'just talking'. I think it's same with this one here. While in this one i think also a lot happened. There are just no clear conclusions. Actually the <spoiler>houseowner black guy gave us the explanation at the end</spoiler> and i like that they did, but the movie is i think about empathizing with this feeling of being out of control and not knowing what's happening, thats the goal. Not 'but who did it!'. There are other movies that are about 'ok, what happened, how can the heroes stop it' and they can also be great, and this one was different and i liked it. And i can believe it's not the cup of tea of other people.
