Christ, I thought surely to God the mothers will finally get it on with one another sometime into this movie. I'm sure it's what everyone was waiting for amongst all the other debauchery.
So sad about the death of the beautiful and talented Heather at the age of 68. I will always remember her best for her role as Jessica 6 in the 1977 TV series of 'Logan's Run'. She was also be well remembered by some for her role in Piranha (1978). May she now be re-united with her much loved husband, Robert Urich in the afterlife. God bless her.
She's only ever really been a name to me and I probably couldn't identify her if someone asked me to. However I have just watched a movie from 2002 called 'Igby Goes Down', in which she has blonde hair and she looked fucking sensational back then at least.
Funnily enough I thought exactly the same thing for a while. I guess I just hadn't heard the song for a long time and thought that Nilsson's voice sounded rather womanly in the verses. However, once the song broke into the chorus I did realized it was Harry Nilsson after all.
Yes that's certainly what I was thinking all along. There couldn't be many 6'3'' men who take only a 10.5 shoe. Specially not by the time they've reached middle age, because feet tend to spread as you age and it's common to even need a larger size as we reach Sandler's age. There is a difference between UK and US shoe sizes, But a US size 10.5 would be even smaller than a UK size 10.5. This makes it even more unbelievable that big old Sandler and his proportional looking feet only take a size 10.5 shoe.
I guess some people who come across this thread will now struggle to separate Jabba and Harvey in their minds. Furthermore events have dictated that it's going to be damned near impossible to ever again order a 'Harvey Wallbanger' cocktail with a straight face.
Old Harvey sure is starting to be stripped of a lot of his Honors. Funnily enough, being stripped in front of all those unwilling women was one of the things that got him into this mess in the first place.
What about when Ricci's character yelled "PISS OFF" in an argument with the bad ghosts.
Surely to god though, Charmed was meant to be a TV spinoff of this movie. Apart from the obvious story line similarities, they even played the 'Love Spit Love' cover version of 'How Soon is Now ?" during the movie. This song was of course, the theme tune to 'Charmed' TV series.
Boy! I wouldn't give this guys troubles to a monkey on a rock. I know this might be the biggest understatement of all time, but one gets the feeling the sex addiction treatment he is now undergoing may have come JUST A LITTLE BIT TOO LATE, LOL.
Wow! I wouldn't give that guys troubles to a monkey on a rock. One gets the feeling the sex addiction treatment he is now undergoing may have come just a little bit too late, to put it mildly.
Some militant feminists and the highly religious may think that Hef doesn't deserve to got to Heaven, But I say he's already been living in Heaven for the last 60 odd years (am I right guys ? nudge nudge wink wink). Still one does have to wonder, is it possible that Heaven may actually be a bit of a let down for Hef, given the life he's been living ? LOL & RIP.
Thanks for that elpresidente. I just looked at that scene again on an online streaming of the movie and it appears that Liyuan did in fact have a Five of clubs as you said. That solves that little confusion.
So just to get this completely clear. Am I right in assuming that this saga about hot dogs was implying that the royal couple didn't actually know what hot dogs were and really believed they were going to be served Cooked Pieces of Dog ?
A big thankyou from me to you, all the other well wishers that have replied and Jim (the magnificent bastard I referred to). I guess I may have over estimated the amount of members, but I did see some information that said that moviechat.org had approximately 420,000 visitors in April of this year. In the mean time IMDB visitors had fallen from 718 Million in January down to 657.5 Million (after they dumped the message boards). I really think the least IMDB should do is to link to this site for people who want/need to have movie discussion.
