Yeah, it was a good, enjoyable movie with a mix of drama, light and dark humour, and interesting characters. I rewatched it yesterday after a long long time and thoroughly enjoyed it. In the mid-late 90s, John Cusack made some quirky and interesting movies, like Pushing Tin, Grosse Point Blank, Being John Malkovich, etc. Great stuff. Miranda slept with him to gain Wayne/Batman's utmost trust. They showed him to ensure that the audiences do not misinterpret that Blake/Robin may assume the role of Batman after he finds the Batcave; instead, by explicitly showing Wayne at the end, the director is enforcing that Wayne is alive and kicking to assume the role of Batman with Robin as his sidekick, consistent with the comics. Haha, was Bane porking her? Yeah, it was clearly for the benefit of the uninitiated audience. Yeah, I agree that most scammers are located in India. However, if they had chosen the beekeeper to take on the scammers in India, they would have needed a completely different script.
It struck me as something written that way because it would be considered too offensive to have bad guys belong to any ethnicity except white.
Compared to most contemporary movies, I didn't think this towed too much of a woke line though. Chris Rock's terrible presence and the annoying background score made this movie almost unwatchable. He was crying because despite a good script and his good performance, he had a detective's hunch that the movie would not make it big. With triplets? I didn't feel swindled, but after he drove Milner and his wife to the hospital, I expected some sort of a backstory — a traumatic event perhaps — for his reluctance to drive. I have a friend who doesn't drive anymore because of a terrible accident he had 20 years ago. Perhaps Foyle's always racing mind didn't work well when driving. If you consider this dark, then I'm afraid most of the British dramas are not for you. Hmm.. interesting and makes sense. It was obviously intentional to not have him kill anyone, to garner audiences' sympathy for the character I used Blackberry phones as dedicated work devices with Android phones as personal smartphones for many years. Like you, I almost exclusively used Blackberry for calls and emails; paired with that tactile physical keyboard, the emailing experience was terrific. Yeah, I owned a few models of Blackberry 7 and 10 phones as dedicated work devices. I only gave up on Blackberry when I had no choice. Loved the physical keyboard and the email app in particular. It bothered me too. An early 1950s teenager initiating a blowjob, especially during the first sexual encounter, is far-fetched.
She was pregnant with big Dave's kid. I guess she couldn't live with herself and confessing that to Ed...
This is the most likely reason because the Medical Examiner reveals her pregnancy to Ed (and the audience) after her death.
...where he is from, is both food and weather overall really much better?
Maybe, maybe not. But the point is that bad food and bad weather are common mocking points for the UK.
It's very common to say this about London, and the rest of England for that matter.
He forgot to add "warm beer" Absolutely! No, contest here
