Of course it's not what made GoT a great show was simply %80 of the characters were great and had an amazing arc. Until they ruined them in the last two seasons.
1 - 2 - Axel F - 3
TV pilot sadly doesn't count seems this film completely ignores it.
It's not bad...for something made in 2024 it's actually good.
Yes they changed how things happen compared to the book and made the death out of the scope of camera. Guess they thought it was too gruesome to be shown on TV like the book.
For me the hyped Blood and Cheese moment was toned down and disappointing compared to the horrible and terrifying book version of the event. It's still a scary and horrifying moment for the people who didn't read the books but a sad messed chance for the show to topple the Red Wedding.
Oh it did serve a purpose :)

The Richest Juice in Amurica !
The film was a big downgrade from parts 1 and 2. Especially with the villains they were so silly and not Superman material unlike Lex Luther or Brainiac who's was covered by the license owned by the Salkinds and actually was planned as villain. I guess when they got Pryor they completely changed the film.
Also there was so much comedy in it it was more of a Pryor movie than a Superman film.
Sleep
How can you get Malcolm McDowell to be Kirk's killer but still make a stupid death scene for Kirk. Shatner always joked about it for being a "Bridge on the Captain !" scene.
That's because most of the new generation adult population barely care about elections giving room for the more radical votes and politicians to lead.
He's crazy rich...America loves rich people !
Just proves Israel is being governed by warlords since 1948 without conflict these corrupted blood thirsty terrorists (yes they were terrorist pre-1948 and killed many British and Arabs in their so called gorilla war of independence).
Hamas just gave this mad dictator the excuse to start the mass killings of innocent civilians.
He should be trialed and expelled from the government. he allowed this mess to happen.
It's also coming on digital next week so yeah definitely one of the biggest box-office loses of the year.
Most of the restoration work today adds totally unnecessary enhancements to the movies. Go watch older DVDs/Blurays and compare them with today releases.
You'll find so many weird changes using new-age color-grading techs and photo-enhancements.
Look up in google "blu-ray terrible color-grading"
Most of the acting on this show is stale it's like the actors going "Yeah just give us our money and do all those crazy green screen magic and we're outta here".
She was light years better when she debuted in the Mandalorian
That ass is the best quality !
I know many want the uncut and full segment of the scenes filmed by Bob Guccione. But I don't think it will ever see the light of day. Because there must be some legal issues behind that particular segment otherwise it would have surfaced years ago as extras or directors cut.
Of course there is a slight chance that all that footage was lost/destroyed years ago. Only one documentary shows different camera angles from that segment.
In most cases probably the money.
Actually wait a few months later it will probably become the worst ever Trek episode and de-thrown "Spock's Brain" for good.
