It will be Jadis. Instead of rebuilding Alexandria, she will convince them to make heaps from the rubble and live in underground shipping containers. But the heaps are really meant as a beacon for the helicopter, and it turns out she's from a city up North that was untouched by the zombie virus and has really just been slumming it because she's artsy like that. There is a pecking order. Many of the ones at the bottom are not equipped to survive on their own. They have to do grunt work to get points, but quickly get into debt so even if they want to leave, they can't. Negan wants them living in The Sanctuary to remind the foot soldiers their job is protection of these people. Not just against the zombies, but against groups like Rick's, who only recently snuck into one of their outposts and killed everyone in their sleep. They are mostly rogues with a limited sense of purpose who can be kept in line with a rigid system in place and a bit of motivation. The ones at the top are absolutely untrustworthy and taking advantage of their situation, Negan knows they would plot against him as soon as they got the chance. Some of them like Simon are worse than Negan. By keeping Negan alive and telling everyone else to go home, Rick showed them he is not what Negan told them he was. And after spending some time in the pen at the Hilltop, some of those Saviors realized it too, and wanted to stay and help Maggie. He is in Strike Back, the early episodes before it was Americanized. And in the movie Love Actually I wonder who will have Lucille for season 9. She gets lonely sometimes and needs to be kept safe. Cersei told Jaime he should kill Bronn for arranging that meeting with Tyrion and Jaime. I'm not sure it's really that big a thing now for them to not do scenes together. It was at one time. Could be just something else they threw in to show they are self aware. Like the joke about Gendry rowing. Another interesting thing about the dragon pit scene, starting from the walk up, every main character had at least 1 line. Kirkman has said Rick will eventually die in the comics and it will become Carl's story. That won't really work anymore for the TV show, but they are planning to make big changes there- either end the main show or completely overhaul it in the next 2 years. Next season I think they will introduce a lot of younger characters and have some of them work their way into the main cast, and that's how they will decide whether or not to continue the main show or focus on spinoffs. It's really rare to have the 4-6 cast members carry a show for as long as they have. yeah it was surprising until they realized what was going on. well House of Cards is ending We might not see him again, because the way it was set up looks like the end of his story. I predict Laura will be the one in charge at the Sanctuary for next season. They aren't in the comics. These people are scouting like Aaron used to do, but they are doing it on a larger scale. Maggie passed their test by agreeing to the trade instead of robbing or killing them. If a group had vinyl records and knew what was on them, it meant someone there thought it was important enough to preserve historical evidence of civilization, they type of people they are looking to work with. Plus, groups would be less reluctant to trade them versus food supplies. Except for spoken word albums, only straight up savages try to trade those. I'd guess he made the decision between the time he escaped from Daryl and Rosita to the time he made it back to the bullet factory. He was thinking about what Rosita said to him and realized he was in a position to do something truly meaningful while putting himself back into a relatively safe situation at Alexandria. He put Gabriel back on the line and told him to sort the shells, but he was fully aware Gabriel would find a way to sabotage while passing quality checks (Eugene already showed him how he knew the first batch were duds), so Eugene had plausible deniability. They have at least 1 scene with talking zombies that use weapons. That group can catch fish from the sea to trade with the other groups. Alexandrians are tired of eating tuna from a can! Jesus probably just going along with it because they're getting ready for a long rebuilding process and hoping she will change her mind about what comes after. Daryl might be serious about it. He blames Negan for a lot of the stuff Dwight did. and so far, the little bits he has given about his previous life on the show is consistent with it. they are both really bad dudes, just different types of bad in how they try to justify what they do. Of course, what happens to Negan after the Whisperers, there is a little bit of trust involved with that, and a lot of pork and beans. It's just a guess. I based it on the trailer, particularly which characters are together in the same shot, and where they are. During that time, Rick never fully trusts Negan, even though Negan does everything he can to try and win that trust. The only times Rick or Dwight even give him a chance was when they were in situations where they thought they were all gonna die anyway. If they go there on the show,
Maggie and Dwight won't know for a while Rick kept Negan alive. And Maggie executes Gregory, so they are becoming 2 different types of leaders. When she finds out about Negan, it will cause a big problem for a while
That's the kind of stuff I'd guess they will play up during season 9 Morgan is in the extended trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ixdi8XdYHMQ They are blending at least 2 different timelines. Some if it is on the road from Tijuana to Austin and some from after everyone gets there. A guess: TWD season 8 will end with Morgan leaving VA. FTWD will begin immediately after the finale, so the opening scene will continue with Morgan on the road. Scenes with Madison will be a few years into the future and scenes with Morgan will be on the road to Austin. It takes a few years for Morgan to get to TX, and a lot of that will be skipped. Alicia was going in the opposite direction when she meets the woman played by Jenna Elfman, and they travel together during that time. They meet back up with Victor and Morgan meets the cowboy. Nick finds Luci and also knows where to find Alicia. They all end up going back to where Madison is.
