Yes, spot on. His plan always had flaws because of his arrogance. But my guess is he wanted to change two things in Hitler's favour: The Battle of Britain and the march to Stalingrad, change what general Paulus did. Cheers, did not know that. Agree. She was really, really annoying. In contrast, O'Shea Jackson Jr. was really good. Nothing about racism here, just poor acting. Yeah, I liked it also. Had zero expectations, after it started I was expecting some Texas Chainsaw Ripoff, but actually it came good. A bit different. Romanian here. They did a decent job. It's funny, but I have no idea where the exact building was, even most of the filming was done in the old town. I think Tim Curry stole the show back then with very little budget. I think his ”best asset” was how he terrorized the kids mentally. Skarsgard had all the CGI and budget available, he did a good job also, but not even close to him. I've been there, we've been together half a year, then half a year long-distance, but we didn't make it. Similar to Jacob, I've felt left out of her new life. It's been a decade now, we don't speak at all, but she comes to mind from time to time. I don't think I've loved anyone the same as I loved her. Hei man, Try 10.000 Kilometros. It's Spanish. Quite similar, but via a computer screen. I think you'll enjoy it I really can't explain why they are doing it. What's the point? The rest explained it, but I really liked how they played it, to be fair. It was heartbreaking, sure, but who could have blamed her? He made a choice, a difficult one, she was young, but life caring for someone is quite a journey. Agree with this. I loved it. Just lost my old man a few weeks ago and this movie really was a rollercoaster of emotions. Great feel overall. And it's just like that. Man, life is weird, but you need to make the most of it. Watched it earlier. The closest thing I've felt to Lost in Translation. A beauty in every possible way. I think no one can come close to him, ever. No matter how many remakes we are going to have. He did that with close to no effects, CGI and other things. Like you said, Skarsgard did well, but Curry was the stuff of nightmares. I think it depends a lot when you saw them and how. I've watched the mini-series close to the age the gang had, I relate more to that version. Agree. My post was after the first season, which, IMHO, was very good, ignoring the drama. But it became a full soap opera, as you said. Completely over top and now they are just milking it with spinoffs. Re-watched it earlier. The movie itself it's bad, however, what brings balance is the cast. The unit is, IMHO, fantastic from start to finish. Funny, likable, everything you want to have in a Predator movie. Agree, but sadly IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes are not relevant anymore. They either have paid reviews and ratings, or those are made by people who think Kingsman is a mindblowing movie. Sadly, this is the new normal. This movie should be somewhere between 6.9 and 7.2 imho. It depends on how you see it. From a Western point of view, yeah, she is stupid, but from someone who lived under the Iron Curtain, it was understandable. People did not know what was happening at that point, she couldn't understand what her husband was doing, why he looked like this because doctors did not explain that much. I remember I saw a few years ago a newspaper cut from one country in the Eastern Block, the date was 8th of may, so close to two weeks since it happened. It said something like: Small explosion at the Chernobyl plant, the scientist and the local firemen have everything under control and they will resume work soon. Try searching what the media said at that time, but NOT the Western one, but from countries that in 1986 were still under the curtain. You might understand her a bit. I was watching "movies that made us" on Netflix and in one episode they showed the highest horror movies with revenue and PA was ranked number 1. Ever. I think is save to say the whole saga was seen a lot. Nothing. But had to search for "Sarah" after watching it. For a moment I had the impression it was the blond from part 3? Or was it 4? The Night House is on my list also for tonight. Heard only good things about it.
