This was the finale right? And a second season coming? You arent missing much..... Better flicks out there to watch. Did you finish all 6? What did u think? Watched all 6 episodes. I liked it but it became vague by the 3rd episode. They didnt delve into the crime near enough. Nor to the roles everyone played. (I am trying to not to put a spoiler in my comments, so forgive me for being vague myself) I believe there are 4 more episodes left I need to get HBO again! I would want to see that doc. Its been 3 months since I wrote my comment above,,,and I almost forgot about it. Thats a clear sign it needs improvement if one forgets about it so quickly. But I do recall Adele. She played her part so well. I wrote the comment above a year ago.. I need to refresh my memory on it but I am not sure if that happened or not. I do know that I was never a fan of Arquette until Escape from Davenport. She played her role in this film just as well. Oh thank God I found this thread with people feeling the exact same way. You hit the nail on the head. I actually was second hand embarrassed at the final episode. They should have saved the time of doing the supernatural crap and use that time with exploring Robs earlier life, or gone further with the small clues into the past element. Side note.... Adele was captivating. Even though some parts of this series was ridiculous, she played her character to the hilt. I was never swayed by Louises character though. I never found her credible or convincing,,, nor the chemistry between her and David. But I digress,,, why you ask? Because its a pandemic and I just needed to. Stay safe all... I would have liked to see her reunite with her real parents..But at least she made reference that her child had both sets of grandparents to see... I like loose ends tied up, lol Great catch! Yes I want to see those too... You seem to have filled that slot already so........ The film sucked Thats your contribution to this discussion? How pitiful. Season 8 was off the charts! I binged it all in 2 nights. The era was captured so well, and should win an award for the settings, outfits etc... Another series that did this well was The Deuce on HBO with James Franco. They depicted the gritty early 70s in NYC perfectly. My only complaints are she should have kept in touch with the janitor and paid him the promised 10 bucks! I mean after all, it was he that taught her everything including the Queens Gambit. I think u are spot on I so agree,,thanks for replying. exactly
