<< If a human being is passed out, drugged, in an alcoholic stupor, drunk, asleep, unconscious, incapacitated, dead and any other form of handicap to them giving consent then it is NOT okay to molest them. >> But...but... #RomanticWine ! ! ! . Lois Chiles was one of the biggest fashion models of the 1970s. SEE: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/e9/92/1b/e9921b35a18fae4fb70128f9640161df.jpg I've heard she's good in TWISTER (1989), but I've never seen her give a really accomplished performance. She's decent in BROADCAST NEWS, but it's not a very demanding part. . << Well I took exactly one half of a lude in the 80’s and I passed out cold for 4 hours in a Wendy’s parking lot. >> Good times... . << The problem with your "argument" is that Quaaludes are not like Rohipnol. Ludes do not cause you to pass out. >> Right...they just put you into a coma, like Karen Ann Quinlan. . << Two English-speaking tourists check into a Paris hotel, looking forward to seeing the sights. The next morning, one of them is missing, and the hotel staff are adamant that only one person checked in, and deny seeing anyone else. The remaining tourist then embarks on solving the mystery. >> I think this is the plot of an episode from ALFRED HITCHCOCK PRESENTS, as well. . I never followed this series, but these episodes sound like Jessica's Fireside Theater. #Justice4Phoebe If you called his house, that was probably Phoebe Cates. She was mad you weren't campaigning for her. . It's strange someone should criticize Johansson's looks. They're what made her. You can't be a whole lot better looking than THIS: http://baids.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/00-social-scarlett-johansson-5-things.jpg . I don't think her fans would buy her in that role, anyway. She's not that versatile. << Did the Belgian King really force his attentions on Lillie in her own home? It seems a bit much, even for a monarch of those days. >> The royals were a foul and diseased bunch... . I love her retro glamour girl look in THE BLACK DAHLIA. She's the only pleasurable thing about that surprisingly awful film. SEE: https://akns-images.eonline.com/eol_images/Celebrities_Gallery/20061007/425.johansson.dahlia.100506.jpg . Be that as it may, I don't quite see Ms. Johansson as the person who inspired the story...so it's probably not the best casting, to begin with. SEE: https://www.attitude.co.uk/media/images/2018/07/Tex_Gill_1050_591_81_s_c1.jpg Felicity Huffman was great in TRANSAMERICA and, for all his reported pervyness, Jeffrey Tambor was good on TRANSPARENT... so obviously it's not like the role NEEDS an actual trans person. But as I said, there is something vaguely dodgy about not casting an actual one, as well. . I just heard this on NPR. She voluntarily withdrew from the project when there was criticism that the role should go to an actual transsexual performer. The plot is based on a true story. I think it's fine if she did it, fine if she doesn't. Not using a trans person in the part is a little uncomfortable, like the producers are saying, "Oh! Here we have a really interesting story about a trans person to show you! We, um...just don't want to show you an actual trans person. Carry on!" . << Forgive us Lord Cosby, for we know not what we do (quite literally cos we're drugged) >> Children should be doing this as needlepoint samplers in the schools. Every home needs one : ( . I call fake. It was actually Maggie Smith and Angela Lansbury who did this, one night while out bar hopping. They were on some speaking tour in Ohio, IIRC...it made a few of the papers and then was basically hushed up. . << I'm just surprised that kuku hasn't invoked the Nazis yet, because obviously the persecution of the Jews is also EXACTLY like what is happening to Cosby. >> What's so obvious it need not be stated is the striking similarities between the Cosby conviction and Herod's decree that all Hebrew boys be dragged from their homes and executed in the Book of Exodus... . << She simply had an identity crisis like everyone else on the fking planet does when they're young >> Not everyone finds out their father isn't their biological father. That's not a "simple" identity crisis. . The family reps say: << "Mr. Cosby along with his bride (Mrs. Cosby), family and friends enjoyed beautiful jazz music to honor Mr. Cosby’s 81st Birthday, however, at least 4 Montgomery County Patrol Cars are always parked outside Mr. Cosby’s Philadelphia home for security purposes.” >> Well, THAT sounds like a drain on public funds. Thanks, Bill. . << I would love to know what his lawyers are making from him. >> And how much more he'll spend on appeals...but, money isn't a problem for him. (Especially if Camille doesn't bail and take half their assets with her.) .
