Office Christmas Party - Much better than the reviews suggested. It lost it's steam half way through a little, but still made laugh right until the end. TJ Miller is a riot. 7/10
The Chamber (2016) - I always found movies that take place in one location interesting. The chamber is a low budget thriller that takes place in a little submarine that get's stuck in the bottom of the sea. A decent film that you watch once and then forget about it. 6/10
Why Him? - This was a let down. I was looking forward to it because I like Franco and Cranston. Cliched and boring and not funny enough. 5/10
btw good to see that you're still here :)
lol. Freedom!
That's a good one. I remember when I watched it for the first time. When it was over me and my sister turned to each other and we were just like "whoa!" "let's watch it again". It's the only movie I've ever watched two times in a row.
Sure. I've never tasted racism before.
It was the Italian one. The one where the killer is wearing that ridiculous owl mask. Never heard of the Australian one.
Hopefully not. It looks good and I'm always up for a good scifi film. I'm thinking of seeing it over the weekend. Let's see how the reviews turn out.
I recently watched Stage Fright, a horror movie from the 80's. It was funny because it was so silly and I don't think it was meant to be. Many b-grade horror movies are that way.
Both, but sad music appeals to me more. I've always been pretty melancholic.
1. The Thin Red Line/Black Hawk Down (I can't decide between the two)
2. Saving Private Ryan
3. Platoon
4. Mai Wei
5. Hacksaw Ridge
If Band Of Brothers counts as a movie it would take the first place.
I'm really looking forward to Brimstone. Probably going to watch it next week. Last week I watched "33", "Bernie" and "2 Guns". I can't remember what else I watched.
33 - I was pretty good. Surprisingly a feel good movie. I've always liked Antonio Banderas. 7/10
Bernie - Liked it much more now than I did the first time. Might be Jack Black's best performance. 7,5/10
2 Guns - Forgettable action film but still watchable. 6/10
I'm torn between Alien and Star Wars. If I had to pick one it would be alien. I'm probably one of the few who likes all 4 alien movies (and Prometheus too).
The Thin Red Line. When I first saw it I'm not even sure if I finished it. I just found it boring and pointless. I was too young for it when it was released. I watched it again some years later and I was moved to tears by how amazing it was. It's now in my top ten and simply one of the greatest movies ever made.
Leaving Las Vegas
I like the way you think!
Rogue one. I go to the movies a few times a year. I prefer watching movies home alone with the big screen tv. But I do like watching the 'big' movies at the theater. I plan on seeing Kong next.
Is Taboo worth watching? What other series/movies would you compare it to?
I'm from Finland. It has no influence to what I watch. I like pretty much every genre, but sci-fi, war and indie dramedies are my favourite.
Ah okay, that explains it. Weird though :D
