It'll start streaming on Paramount+ tomorrow so it could be running out of steam before it reaches #5.
Jack Black would be a good casting choice, he looks and sounds the part.
It would face more competition so I'd say it's unlikely. My guess is they picked the relatively quiet spot on purpose, to give the movie the wings to soar as high as it possibly could before the summer movie season really kicks in, while still retaining the summer/blockbuster movie status.
I'd say timing is the key here, they made a wise choice of waiting out the Covid restrictions. the movie turning out to be better than probably anyone imagined is a huge factor too. It didn't try to make diversity a selling point, it just let different races and genders coexist naturally.
I think they have a 4-month theatrical run deal with whichever streaming service gets it first, can't remember the details. So it should be running all summer.
So did I, one of the best movies of 2017 so far. Didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised.
She's not pregnant, just faking it to get everyone's love and affection.
After seven seasons I don't wish for Sansa's death any longer. All her sins are forgiven :D
I know, the books are like the director's cuts now. Nobody really wanted them, but the director felt like his vision was hindered by the studio executives, and his contract allows him to do them.
