I think it took them a bit of time to gel but once they did they really did have good chemistry. The bigger problem for this movie is it just felt too long. Some of the scenes felt endless. I feel like there was a much better movie hidden within the actual movie that needed to be edited down.

It has the same style as every other buddy cop movie except with that overrated and over worked actor Sam Jackson.

I didn't think it was as funny as it could have been but I did like the chemistry and the action sequences were terrific here. Overall i'd give it same score as you did.

So did I, one of the best movies of 2017 so far. Didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised.

I loved it. Would've preferred someone else in Samuel L Jackson role, bit not sure who. Great soundtrack, too.
