Go and watch some of the SPTV Youtube channels where they'll educate you on the disgusting Scientology practices. If you don't want to because you're just plain lazy. Here is the rundown. According to Scientology "doctrine," Masterson was not the wrong one here. The victims were as according to L Ron Hubbard, the rape victims must have done something suppressive for Masterson to have raped them. Nevermind the actual rape, just that they must have done something or thought something suppressive to make Masterson rape them. It's all kinds of effed up. And always when it comes to Little David Misacvige, Scientology must be protected at all costs. The victims have now been deemed suppressive persons and therefore are now no longer allowed to be Scientologists because, get this, they reported a "good member in standing" and taking away Masterson's money stream to Miscavige's bank account. These victims have also been fair gamed, and stalked, and lost family members for daring to speak out. They are now deemed to be the enemies of Scientology. Let that sink in.
Go check out the channels:
Mike Rinder - former third ranking member of the Sea Orgs who left in the early 2000s.
Growing up in Scientology.
Andrew Gold
Amy Scobee
Blown for Good, the channel of Marc and Claire Headley, Claire was the former number four in the cult and has a lot of insight into the day-to-day operations.
Jenna Miscavige, niece of Davy Miscavige.
And there are a ton more.
You need to have better standards.
Maybe he did it to end it all? He knew he messed up in Baku. Knew he messed up with Maddy. Knew he messed up with his job.
Completely agree. She should have been taken out in a pine box like Atkins and Manson.
You need to see "The Fountain." An amazing film.
They've been using real guns on film sets for a long time. The ammunition is usually sqibs and blanks. Ask the armourer why there were live rounds.
It was Landis' set and Landis' film. He was I'm charge. He and he alone paid under the table to the parents of the two children. He ordered the pilot Darcy Wingo to fly lower ignoring all safety protocols.
As for Baldwin, the armourer didn't safety the gin before it went into his hand. Unlike Landis, he is not responsible.
Then they'd have to go back and charge actor Michael Masse with holding the gun that discharged the bullet into Brandon Lee. Any charges against Baldwin were nothing but grandstanding, and certainly did not raise to the level of a criminal felony. Hell if John Landis could be acquitted for running a shoddy set, illegally hiring underage kids to shoot under dangerous conditions resulting in the deaths and beheading of three people including Vic Morrow.... Baldwin's accident pales by comparison.
Actually, it's the other way around. The bow is in pretty good condition as it still resembles a ship. The stern, however, barely looks like anything. When she went down the strength imploded and as it hit bottom, the poop deck folded back over itself with the decks below becoming a mass if unrecognizable debris. The rudder and triple screws are still recognizable, as is her nameplate across the back, but little else.
Disagree completely. He headlines the very successful Mayor of Kingstown, plus he has two Oscar nominations for best actor in a film for The Hurt Locker, and The Town. He has also been nominated and win several for best actor in other projects.
He isn't a woman. He still has his junk. If he does undergo "bottom surgery," he'll be known as a eunuch.
Did Pedro kick your dog, or piss in your Cheerios?
And there is why you'll never understand why Fincher's take on that scene is inherently bad for women and women in particular who have been sexually assaulted, raped, or molested. Fincher holds a very Western mindset of man on top, woman on bottom missionary position traditional role. Opelev filmed the scene as Larsson wrote it because it was very important to Lisbet who'd just endured appealing behaviour by Bjurman. The issue here between Lisbet and Blomkvist was trust. Lisbet needed to know she could trust him. And that scene was integral to the furtherance of that trust.
I am a woman. Not only a woman, but a woman who was raped at 13. What the Mara/Craig scene did was say to a woman like me, "Your agency doesn't matter. Nothing about what happened to you matters because it's only how a man defines you." That was what Fincher did. He didn't allow Mara to read the books to know Lisbet's mind and her agency. Opelev gave Lisbet that agency and also Noomi Rapace and Michael Nyqvist understood the reason for the scene and filmed it thus.
Add to all of this, Eva Gabrielsson who was Stieg Larsson's long term partner was incensed by the amount of ignorance Mara and Fincher showed for the work. She was openly against Mara's "portrayal" as Mara clearly didin't understand the character due to Fincher telling her not to read the books. Gabrielsson's preferred casting was Noomi Rapace as Rapace actually got the character.
Question: Are you a man or a woman? The answer does matter.
"Archie" the name given to Prince George at birth by the Security detail as his protection name. Meghan knew this and breached that security by doing that. Lilibet was an endearment given the late Queen by her father, then later used by her husband. After The Duke of Edinburgh's death, she asked it not be used again. Meghan using it for her daughter is again another time she showed her vulgarity and her inability to understand borders.
Where is the Native-American Detective? The last one they had was Det. Chester Lake portrayed by Adam Beach in the Ninth season, but then the wrote him off as a stereotype of his culture and we watched him taken off in handcuffs and narry a word about him since. That was season nine.
That was because the rest of Westeros like The Starks, The Tullys, The Tyrells, etc, to practice the Seven hence when they take their wedding vows.
Awe this breaks my heart so much. What a talented actor, singer, and voice actor. So iconic not to be forgotten. Godspeed Kevin. ❣️❤️❣️
