I watched this today. It's not very funny and the screenplay is fairly predictable and mediocre. With this cast, I expected more. The actors do what they can with the material, but this is a pretty forgettable film. I rate it a 6/10 based on the likeability of the cast, but it is more like a 5/10.

I was expecting a buddy comedy, which is technically what it is, but it just isn't very funny.
shareThe reviews seem to agree with you. I'm still going to watch it. I mean how could you not watch a movie starring Brolin and Dinklage as brothers.
shareComedic actors tend to be a lot better at drama, than dramatic actors are at comedy. Not sure why that is. No one in this movie impressed me with their comedy. Dink and Close are excellent actors, but they may need to avoid comedy.
