how do they make their voice to sound like the ones they are impersonating?
shareThe masks are something that goes back to the original tv series that doesn't hold up under scrutiny. The audience just has to go along with it like when Clark Kent uses glasses as a disguise.
shareThey seem to have some implant that attached to the throat to mimic the voice of whom there impersonating, i guess they have recordings or scanned archive or whatever of the person and it changes the frequency of there own vocal cords to sound like the person they are mimicking.
shareLike gbu said, but it's explained more in the third movie. I guess they have AI now with the ability to mimick another person's voice without him/her knowing it.
