This film opens the door for at least six other new movies or series (spoilers)

- The Fantastic Four (Mr Fantastic)
- The X-Men (Professor X)
- The Inhumans (Black Bolt)
- World War Hulk (The Illuminati)
- Doctor Strange 3 (Clea)
- Young Avengers (America Chavez)

That has to be a new record for Marvel, in terms of using one film as a springboard for new content.

I'm not a fan, to be honest ... I find it distracting, like product placement. A single post-credit scene for a sequel is enough.

Pretty much par for the course. Civil War and Endgame both set up multiple shows and movies. Even Age of Ultron set up quite a few despite only being the second Avengers film.

reply

True.

How did Doctor Strange remember Spiderman and his multiverse adventure, though?
Didn't that movie end with everyone, even Strange, forgetting?

reply

The spell was to forget Peter Parker ever existed. He still knows that Spider man exist and probably has some sort of fragmented memory of the events in No Way Home.

reply

The end of No Way Home shows people remember Spider-Man. They only forgot about Peter Parker.

I thought it was pretty good having Reed Richards and Professor X variants in this film, even if Wanda killed them.

Was a nice reminder that these great characters are finally able to come into this franchise.
