Hated the multiple Candymen idea

So now everytime a black guy dies unjustly he becomes a Candyman? ok....shouldn't there be like a thousand Candymen then?

Plus it takes away the uniqueness of Tony Todd's Candyman, now he's just one of 5 different guys who also wear coats and have hooks for a hand. So stupid why couldn't they have just made Tony Todd's Candyman be the main villain and only Candyman?

This was my number one gripe with the film. It really makes the Tony Todd cameo at the end basically pointless. It also feels like there is no point to having baby Anthony return if it's a new Candyman, or anyone can be a Candyman.

Fans wanted Tony Todd, and Tony Todd was game to return so I don't get it. And if not Tony Todd, Virginia Madsen as the new Candyman would've been cool
