The "NEW" Captian America will be...............

....evil and racist, Sam will have to fight to get the shield back.

reply

Don't forget he's ugly, too! Textbook villain.

reply

I guess you need a new textbook. The new Captain America was revealed as a handsome, nice, war hero who is nervous about being able to fill Steve Rogers' shoes.

reply

He's ugly in the last scene of the first episode. Ep 2 brushed him up nicely. No textbook needed but great that your hindsight is 20/20.

reply

A simple "I was wrong" on your part would suffice, but this is the internet so of course you're going to double-down on your error.

reply

But it is you who is wrong. No possibility to time travel, sonny.

reply

You predicted he'd be ugly. He isn't. How am I wrong for pointing out your error?

reply

He was ugly in the first episode (masked, popeye face with antenna ears). Don't you read? https://www.google.com/amp/s/screenrant.com/falcon-winter-soldier-captain-america-john-walker-steve-rogers-differences/amp/

Will he be white? Can't have a good villain if it ain't white.

reply

I wish I was black.

reply

yup, white, of course

The only one pushing the narrative that the good villain can only be white is you.

As Hex-Vision demonstrated to White-Vision, he disabused himself of the notion that he was the villain upon gaining knowledge of what he truly was.

Ignorance is your villain.

reply

I was more thinking he wouldn't be able to fight as well as Steve and that he'd probably get killed by a villain in the next few episodes so that Sam would take up the Mantle. Not that he was evil or racist.

reply

All of these guys being superhuman sure takes away anything that made Steve special.
Watch the flashback and the inhumane shield throws.

reply

I don't have internet in my home right now so I haven't watched the newest episode. Just some advice, never ever get Frontier internet.

reply

You've never read the comics, have you?

reply

It's a guy named John Walker. He ends up being a crazy asshole but redeems himself he was Super patriot than than Captain Americ than USAgent who basicallylooked like cap.....ok.....hes not racist just a brutal guy...he is still a superhero in the comics today...

reply

John Walker is an asshole for sure, but he's never been racist in the comics. Considering he just got his own comic, I don't think Marvel would want to tarnish him that much.

reply

I hadn't heard about that. Full series or mini series like he had back in the 90's?

reply

Not quite sure what they're intending on. I think there's only an issue or two out right now. It's just called U.S Agent I believe.

reply

Neither evil nor racist.

reply

I thought he was just perfect for the story

He’s a genuine all-American hero with real skills yet just enough cockiness to keep him from being either boring or too likeable

And I LOVED Bucky’s reaction to the name “Battlestar”

But most importantly, when they finally reveal why Bucky’s so mad at Sam, it makes Walker’s confidence grate all the more

reply

Old Cap is based on WW2 propaganda, it would only be consequent to make the new one based on 'Nam, looking for Charlies.
