Soooo....is it any good??

Pros and Cons?
It's not quite as good as the first film, but it's enjoyable.
Pros:
The performances from the cast, most particularly Angela Bassett and Letitia Wright
The beautiful tribute to Chadwick Boseman (My theater was silent during both instances.)
Strong themes of grief, loss, revenge, and family
The visual effects were better in this film than in the first one.
Talokan
We have a decent antagonist with Namor. He's not quite as evil as Killmonger, but the actor portrayed him effectively.
A surprise cameo from Killmonger
Fantastic costume design
Cons:
Queen Ramonda's death was so unnecessary.
There's a subplot about the CIA that never went anywhere.
The third-act battle was lackluster and ended abruptly.
Riri Williams/Ironheart may or may not be to your liking. She's the comic relief in this film.
The runtime is really long and it could have been trimmed down, but it has decent pacing.
I pretty much liked that the runtime was so long so that they could fully tell the story.. I wouldn't mind if more movies ran a little longer than usual if it meant that at least the main characters story arc could be fully fleshed out..
shareI personally didn't mind the runtime. It may or may not work for everyone else, though. The time spent commemorating T'Challa was worth every penny. However, if they had cut the CIA subplot, it would have tighten the story quite a bit.
