As a horror junkie, will watch. Looks decent.

I thought Chucky was a serial killer's soul. I didn't think he was interested in protecting his child the same way M3gan is.

Looks like a double-dose of Kubrick homage, with A.I. Artificial Intelligence, plus the look of the Grady not-twins from The Shining, with those long hallways. And that Talky Tina episode of The Twilight Zone.

Sadly, no Telly Savalas character in the trailer.

That trailer got better as it went on. I wouldn't pay to see it, but I'll catch it on TV or whatever.
