Sounds like a plan haha, I plan to watch the first episode in the day or two and will come back with my thoughts on it. I am interested to know what you think of it!

Started off a little slow I thought, but got better all the way. Looking forward to the second episode

Love it. First observation of many to follow: you have to be Evelyn Wood to read the quotes at the start of each ep.

Second observation: Carla Gugino. Yum.

Third observation: often, but not always, clever dialogue, so far (ep 5) superior to the narrative development. Especially like the words from Baudelaire’s 2 right-hand men (who are not identified by my Comcast Info button), especially the tall and skinny white dude who reminds me of a skinny Timothy Olyphant.

Fourth observation (coming from a car guy): ep. 6 values a 1958 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL roadster (convertible) at $2 million US, whereas its actual value re Southeby’s is about $800K, about 50 percent less than the far more valuable 1955 Mercedes-Benz 30OSL gull wing (the first coupe whose doors opened UP and not OUT). Sloppy research and writing.
