i dont stream so figured id buy Obi Wan and maybe Mando/Boba on blu ray when they come out to buy (like I did Star Trek Discovery s1/2 and Picard s1 and plan to for rest of Picard and SNW) to put them alongside my SW blurays, only to find Disney have no plans to release them on dvd/blu!

Of course if people were smart, no one would pay for their streaming service. Then Disney would have to release it on cable or the theaters. Its not like they wouldn't create any content anymore. Most people are idiots. They're paying for something which would've remained free for everyone and released on DVD if they refused when streaming services started creating their own content. Now, the companies know it's a successful business model.
Neither Disney+ nor Netflix release their series on DVD.
