This is always the problem when a show reaches the awareness of the fucking idiot general population.

There is always going to be the risk that it will go to shit and have money and cameos thrown at it, but inside it is dead and hollow.

We watched it happen to Game of Thrones, and more often than not it will happen to everything eventually, unless they pull the plug at the right time.
