I get that you're on an obsessive mission to get revenge for your brother and get the job done, but there's no reason to be constantly short with everyone you meet or even talk to. A smile to someone could do wonders in your favour. (Well, we did see her smile on that horse, so nevermind).

But this is over-the-top anger that's not even necessary. The writers really botched this. She's irritating as fuck and makes the show really unenjoyable to watch.

It is an understandable character, Ms, ahab isn't trying to win friends, smiles and being cordial is out of place for such a character

She does seem at times like she's persueing some personal vendetta purely for revenge no matter who or how many it hurts.

Personally I really like her portrayal in this, and I think the actress who plays her is awesome.

She's alright I guess but I think her character is a little over-the-top with toughness/badassery and somehow she's got some really crazy survival skills.

Galadriel hasn't been fleshed out very well, in fact, several of them are not very appealing characters but we shall see if Gala and the others actually make into the next episode.

The actress is okay, I guess, but I'm wondering --- Have you seen her in anything else? Does she always talk with her mouth mostly shut and her lips moving as little as possible? I find that very distracting.

I have not seen her in other productions. I actually had to double-check because I was confusing her with Rebecca Ferguson.

I agree. I have a feeling that they'll gradually turn her into a more likeable character, but my only problem is that I Galadriel is the last character I care about in this series.

I like how the leader of the Orcs pointed out that she's basically a genocidal maniac.
