Up to 9 million years I think?
They just showed debris in the ship, but I would have loved to see some hybrid human form or an algae being.

It was. Or some part of the mouth skeleton and teeth.

So what was the final shot? I thought they were going to end up being pulled into some sun, but then it looked like a possibly lush planet.

I was half-expecting something like that, too. At first, I thought maybe that first bit of flotsam was alive, or had been. I also thought maybe some civilization would be revealed on that Earth-like planet in Lyra. Maybe even a colony originally from Earth that had conquered super-light travel and beat them there, maybe hearing of this ship in their legends.

I guess they left all that to our imaginations.

PS It was 5.9 million years.
