I always liked the adult part of the story better than the kids one, don't get me wrong, the kids part of the story is nice and all but i seen monsters vs kids done better in Monster Squad or The Gate or Stranger Things.

I feel adults going on an adventure fighting monsters just feels more fresh to me. Yet i hope they fix the ending that was in the miniseries with that goofy looking spider ant thing.

The 2nd part of the original was ruined by the spider thing. I sure hope they do the book justice in the new one. I'll be seeing Part II this weekend :)

I agree. This looks pretty good. I've never cared about kids vs monsters stories. They don't interest me. While necessary for this tale, I can't wait to see this adaption that should mostly omit those bits of the story.
