This could be something great.
The Dark Tower, if done right, could be a series that competes with Game of Thrones. Possibly even better, since the novels are actually finished.

But...Please do not let anyone that had anything to do with that awful movie come near this... It’s already worrisome enough hearing that Amazon hired someone from the Walking Dead as a show-runner. But as of now, I still have some hope for this Gunslinger.

Whoa I didn’t even realize they were doing a show of the dark tower. The movie was utter dog shit. What retard movie exec thought it would be a good idea to tell the whole DT story in one movie? They should be thrown in jail. Only way DT works is in a series or a movie trilogy and they already botched the movie.

Also didn't know this was gonna be a show. I'll be waiting with baited breath till the release of the first three episodes. But mostly, I won't be expecting much. Shows are way too hit and miss these days to expect greatness off the bat. But it has the potential, so I will be watching.
